From one perspective, the mind of sin created by killing by both oneself and others is ignorance, which is action. The discernment at the time of creating karma is consciousness, the name and form and six sense sources of oneself and others. Touching a weapon is contact. The pleasure and pain arising from this is feeling. Regarding acceptance, the mind that increasingly likes it is craving. From this, entering the next life is grasping. From this, the part possessing the five aggregates is existence. From this, the part of the present and the future is birth. The aging and death of this part, that is, it is complete in the instant from starting to do something to finishing it. Furthermore, for the knowable, knowledge suddenly entering is the instant of termination. One hundred and twenty such instants are its instant, there are three types in total. Second, from the perspective of the Shravakas, it is believed that one cause and effect is completed in three lifetimes. Like this, relying on the ignorance and action of the previous life as the cause, the five fruits such as consciousness arose in this life. Taking the three of craving, grasping, and existence of this life as the future cause, the two fruits of birth and old age and death of the next life are produced. Therefore, the necessity of understanding it is also stated in the Abhidharmakosha: 'In order to completely eliminate ignorance about the past, future, and present.' Third, the dependent origination of Nirvana exists in both the path and the fruit. The path is the dependent origination of samsara, entering the order of the twelve dependent originations. Its fundamental great ignorance is reversed by the wisdom of prajna, and the others such as action also reverse the order, cutting off the root of existence. Therefore, a person who sees the nature of dependent origination understands suffering and abandons the origin, realizes cessation, and sees the supreme path. Among them, the path is the dependent origination of samsara, the cause or root of the order of the twelve dependent originations is only ignorance. Therefore, reversing it with the wisdom of prajna also relies solely on familiarizing one's mind stream through the wisdom of hearing, thinking, and meditating, so that the root of all arising, such as universal conceptualization, specific conceptualization, inappropriate attention, and views clinging to self—ignorance itself—is reversed, and the other roots of samsara, such as action, will involuntarily cease.

When the cause of entering into samsara is exhausted, one will be liberated from the ocean of samsara. As it says in the Root Wisdom: If ignorance ceases, actions will not arise either. The way to cease ignorance is to meditate on it with wisdom. When this and that cease, this and that will not appear. The only aggregate of suffering ceases completely in this way. Thus, all dharmas are non-different in essence, and seeing the characteristic of being established in dependence on arising, those of childish minds, due to their attachment to things that are without self-nature, wander around in samsara and suffer. Furthermore, understanding that the dharma aimed at origination is also without self, the way to stop the consciousness that separately examines the five aggregates in a state of naturally unborn. In the Noble Cloud of Jewels Sutra, it says: What is a Bodhisattva who is skilled in no-self? Son of good family, the Bodhisattva, with correct wisdom, separately examines form, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. When he separately examines form, he does not see the arising of form, he does not see the origination, he does not see the cessation. Similarly, he does not see the arising of feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. This is by means of wisdom that abides in unborn in the ultimate sense, and not by means of a different self-nature. Therefore, in the ultimate sense, even nirvana is the pacification of the mind that sees dependence on conditions, which is called the great view of not seeing the supreme path of seeing all dharmas as without self and without self-nature. The Sutra says: Not seeing is the supreme seeing. And in the Lankavatara Sutra, it says: Others, seeing all dharmas as dependent on conditions, turn into a mind of nirvana, but because they do not see the no-self of dharmas, those of great wisdom have no liberation. Thus it was taught. Thus, establishing appearance as unborn, determining its nature by thought, is known as the dharma nature of knowing self-nature, and is called the wisdom of meditation. As it says in the Noble Cloud of Jewels Sutra: Thus thinking.
