With the three actions of commitment, focus especially on the one and only teaching. Explaining the Dharma is the nectar in the ears, the melody of the gods; fearless courage is an inexhaustible river. Writings are like the beautiful palace that adorns the victory banner of the Buddha's teachings. Instruct others with these three. When needed, combine words and meanings, including refutations and answers, be skilled in establishing and refuting, and in removing thorns. With complete combinations of words with the eight phonetic qualities, may explanation, debate, and writing be satisfying in that way. Those who boast of being wise with parrot-like recitations, those who pretend to be virtuous with hypocritical behavior, and those who feign goodness with empty boasting, such reciters are magicians of the world. In order to liberate all beings from the ocean of existence, focusing solely on the one teaching, with pure scriptures of listening and explaining, such reciters are the objects of offering for the gods. Observing all phenomena as mind-only, emptiness, and voidness, abandoning memory, feeling, cognition, and clarity, merely abiding in calm abiding is also considered the supreme profound path, and some meditators are seen to engage in this diligently. Without clarity, emptiness, awareness, and lucidity, merely abiding in peace, without darkness, is common even among animals. All dharmas devoid of the profound path, mind-only and meditating on space, etc., are also present in the formless gods. Merely stopping mental activity is considered the supreme profound path, unrelated to others, and the result of meditating on that is the attainment of longevity for eighty thousand great eons. Therefore, be skilled in view, conduct, and dwelling. The path revealed by the holy ones is extremely rare, and there are two types of meditation: analysis and placement. The time of combining conceptual and non-conceptual, in the actual practice, there is agreement to stop mental activity. In the time of combination, it is the basis for the arising of signs, therefore, determine that to be the basis of analysis. Liberation from the four extremes, in the actual practice, clarity and emptiness without grasping is the tradition of the wise ones of the past. If there is no mental activity during the actual practice, then the previous analysis is like the time of falling asleep. Therefore, at that time, thinking and analyzing that it is emptiness is the tradition of the wise ones of the later generations. Abandoning all conceptual constructs of thought and analysis, the innate wisdom, self-luminous and naturally pure, those later Tibetans, un fabricated, un distracted, and when it arises again, looking at one's own face is the method of abiding meditation. The method of analytical and placement meditation.

Whatever it may be, The self-nature of one's own essence is clear light. With clarity and purity arising, without meditation, without distraction, It is the main practice of all practice lineages. Although the practice during the state of equipoise is like that, Whatever appearances arise during the post-meditation state, With the strong recollection of dream and illusion, If one meditates well, appearance and emptiness arise inseparably. On the great bliss wheel, above the white lotus, sun, and moon, The root guru, embodying the three kayas, Vajradhara, With strong devotion and respect, regarding him as the actual Buddha, Always cherish the tradition of undistracted supplication. Although there are many terms for introducing the nature of mind, When looking at the face of one's own primordial wisdom, Awareness is clear and pure, the wisdom of union, Introduce it to everyone as the pure Dharmakaya. The samadhi of the third and fourth dhyanas, And the four formless absorptions, are the peak of existence. Bliss, clarity, and non-thought are places of straying. Please know the distinction between the path and straying. Whether it is the body of the Buddha or the form of a flesh-eating demon, Whatever appears as an object of the six senses, Whatever arises, the mind and the nature of mind are emptiness, If one understands well, obstacles turn into accomplishments. When bliss, clarity, and non-thought, and clear appearances of objects are seen, Such as flying in the sky and walking on water, If one clings to these as supreme, but is not grasped by realization, The various experiences are like the bow of the senses. Through the power of mantras, substances, and meditation, To the various experiences of the wind-mind being disturbed, There are many great meditators who create satisfaction, But most are in danger of falling into the abyss of distraction. In short, from whatever one practices, If virtues such as honesty increase, And non-virtues such as attachment decrease, That Dharma is the wonderful and excellent path to Buddhahood. In quiet mountain valleys and high forests, In pleasant places of practice suitable for those who desire liberation, Living with little desire and contentment, and subsisting on alms, Wearing inferior clothes from discarded rags, Not transgressing the precepts of the well-spoken Vinaya, And training for a long time on the path of the Bodhisattva's conduct. Based on the view, meditation, and conduct that cuts off clinging to self, Gain a firm foothold in this life. After the environment for realizing self-benefit practice, And the connection for benefiting others, become meaningful, Teach your own experiences and instructions to worthy disciples.
