If one thinks that the firewood of conceptualization is burned by views, then, because in the state of wisdom of thought, one does not rely on words but relies on meaning, if one does not directly realize the nature of the union of the two truths, one will completely cling to the object to be refuted by the wisdom that analyzes terms, making the two truths stand as different entities like rabbit horns. Like this, what can be refuted by the ultimate analytical reason is what cannot be analyzed, and what cannot be refuted by any contact is what can be analyzed, so the great beings with supreme vision think. As it is said in the Engaging in the Bodhisattva's Deeds: "All things are seen as true and false, and the nature of things is grasped. Whatever is seen as true is the ultimate truth, and all false views are said to be the conventional truth." When objects are established in dependence on the subject, this distinction between ultimate error and non-error is a supreme secret word that is difficult to realize with the mind of terms. There are two valid cognitions that determine the way of engaging with knowable objects. In terms of conventional truth, for the dependent arising of appearances, Master Nagarjuna said: "As a moment has an end, so should the beginning and middle be examined. Because it is the nature of three moments, the world does not remain for a moment." In this way, the intellectual knowledge that follows the reasoning of establishing through the separation of one and many, by the force of refuting the first truth that can be analyzed by inference, it is determined that the knowable is unanalyzable, and it is a characteristic that is definite. In terms of ultimate truth, even if one obtains the valid cognition that determines the measure of the ultimate analytical reason that can be analyzed, and realizes it with the non-conceptual wisdom of individual self-awareness, ordinary beings determine it with the intellectual knowledge of inference that follows reasoning. Therefore, the self-nature of intellectual knowledge of inference is the self-nature of the unborn, free from elaboration, analyzable, and ultimate truth, but the Svatantrika Madhyamikas' assertion is not ultimate, because the Mind-Only school, which establishes that something exists conventionally because it does not exist ultimately, does not transcend the entities of permanence and annihilation. In the commentary on the Sixty Stanzas of Reasoning, it says: Whatever

Because it is said that if one affirms in falsehood, it becomes permanent, and if one thinks it does not exist in ultimate truth, it becomes annihilation, and so on. The intellectual knowledge that analyzes with intelligence, which is the very nature of the Mind-Only school, cannot be the true meaning. Merely negating elaboration does not go beyond the category of elaboration. Therefore, it is said in the *Saṃdhinirmocana Sūtra*: Even if one directly realizes the ultimate truth, one will not attain nirvāṇa because one still focuses on the conventional. The ultimate truth that is different from the conventional and from things will not become the nature of the conventional truth. Just as a pot is not the nature of cloth, because the two truths are different, merely the non-establishment of the conventional self will not become the ultimate truth. Just as a non-established pot is not cloth. Even at the time of attaining nirvāṇa by directly realizing the ultimate truth, one will also become completely afflicted because one still focuses on the conventional. Therefore, it will not be contradictory for all afflictions and purification to occur simultaneously in the mindstream of one person. This is what is said to be refuted by the five kinds of reasoning. Therefore, the ultimate truth that is free from all elaboration cannot be said to have become a different thing from the conventional truth, nor can it be said to be the same as it, nor is it merely the difference that arises from negating sameness. Furthermore, according to the view of some who follow the Sutra School Madhyamaka, although external objects themselves do not directly appear in consciousness, because they entrust their own image to the consciousness of the object, when an image similar to the object arises, they consider this to be the cognition of the object, and in this way of apprehending, they completely enjoy the object, believing that the grasper and the grasped exist in the conventional in different times. And some, according to the Yogācāra Madhyamaka, say in accordance with the aspectarians that all that appears in the conventional is the entity of consciousness, and that there is no external object. Some think that just as the appearance of rain in a dream and the hair falling from a comb in the morning, the image and the general meaning, etc., are neither the object nor the entity of consciousness, so too, the things commonly known in the world, such as mountains, houses, walking, and the shapes of substances, etc., although empty of both external objects and the entity of consciousness, from the beginning
