And without truly understanding this meaning, but because one's own thoughts are in conflict, to speak of advantages and disadvantages, good and bad, will displease the guru. If one forcibly denies the guru's view, saying "it is not so," one will commit a grave offense, even greater than before. Because as a disciple, one with mind, to harm the holy one is the same as harming all the Buddhas, and those people will always go to hell. In short, from the perspective of faith, merely seeing the guru's face can change one's state of mind, let alone the feeling of goosebumps when the guru's hand touches one's head. Merely hearing the guru's name, remembering the guru, or seeing the guru in a dream can soften one's mind and even restore one's health, which shows that all empowerments and blessings enter one's mindstream. Even if one's life ends, one will meet the guru in the bardo and be guided by the guru, without a doubt. As it is said in the Gandavyuha Sutra: "By not being separated from the recollection of the virtuous friend, all things will be accomplished." Nagarjuna said: "Even if something falls from the top of a mountain, even if one thinks it will not fall, it will eventually fall. If one receives the blessing of the guru's kindness, even if one thinks one will not be liberated, one will eventually be liberated." In short, those who have faith have the seed of perfect enlightenment, as it is said in the Madhyamakavatara: "Even in the stage of ordinary beings, upon hearing of emptiness, great joy repeatedly arises within. Tears well up from great joy, and the hairs of the body stand on end, such a person has the seed of perfect Buddha wisdom, such a person is a suitable vessel to receive teachings, and the ultimate truth should be taught to them." To make this easier to understand, when the supreme seer yogi Karma Shri asked a guru for a blessing, the guru said, "Child, please relax and generate some devotion." Similarly, Atisha said, "All the qualities of the Mahayana, whether great or small, arise from relying on the guru. You Tibetans only have an ordinary understanding of the guru, how can you generate qualities?" Once, someone called out the guru's name loudly, requesting the guru to instill the teachings into his mind, and the guru replied, "Hey hey, my ears are very good."

Having goodness, the practice of oral instruction is faith. In short, as stated in the Sutra Pitaka, faith, faith, in short, obtaining and perfecting all the actions of a Bodhisattva, similarly, obtaining and perfecting the perfections, grounds, patience, samadhi, supernormal powers, dharani, fearlessness, dedication, aspirations, and all the qualities of a Buddha, depends on the Lama, therefore, the Lama is the root, born from the Lama, the Lama is the place of birth and the source of birth, born from the Lama, increased by the Lama, relying on the Lama, the Lama is the cause. Therefore, it is said that one must definitely enter the practice of entering, the accumulation of merit and wisdom of the supreme noble one, in any situation, actions that are in accordance with the meaning, as well as sending, giving, sweeping, etc., are the supreme path of accumulation with benefits. Thus, for all pure accumulations, having the three complete aspects of preparation, main practice, and subsequent practice, that will become the cause of liberation, and there is no other way. It is difficult for oneself to fully grasp all the means and wisdom in what one does. Therefore, a noble Lama, one who engages in the practice of the six perfections, in the process of engaging in virtuous deeds and accumulating merit, piles all of one's possessions, the actions of body and speech, and all the activities of hearing, thinking, and meditating together with the Lama, and strives in giving, sending, and even sweeping, so that the two accumulations of the noble Lama are completely fulfilled, and until then, one's own accumulation is also subdued, and by means of the swift path of mantra, one relies on the Lama, serves with reverence, and strives in accumulation and purification, showing that it can replace the path of accumulation, and from the blessings of the noble one, one unites with non-conceptual wisdom, directly sees the nature of reality, and after seeing it, one practices it, and with the ultimate teachings, one goes on the path of no-more-learning, and the tantra also says: After completely serving the Lama with reverence, residing in the presence of the noble one, this is called the path of accumulation. The noble Lama explains the meaning, and also combines the two oral instructions with it, I have shown it as the path of combination, seeing the definite truth in this life, I have explained it as the path of seeing, as well as meditation without meditation, and
