The end of time is the moment, the end of name is the letter. The first aspect of that is: seven extremely small dusts are one small dust, seven small dusts are one iron dust, seven iron dusts are one water dust, seven water dusts are one rabbit dust, seven rabbit dusts are one sheep dust, seven sheep dusts are one cow dust, seven cow dusts are one sunlight dust, seven sunlight dusts are one louse, seven lice are one barleycorn, seven barleycorns are one section of the middle finger. Twenty-four finger sections are one cubit, four cubits are one bow's length (approximately equal to height), five hundred bow lengths are one shout's distance. A place as long as a village is called a monastery. That is also half a shout's distance, or the place that reaches the end of the village, is called the boundary. Eight shout's distances are one yojana. With this, the size of mountains, lands, and all places are measured. Like this, something that is large, hard, and stable will eventually gradually become extremely small dust, becoming invisible. The second aspect, the end of time is the moment: in the time it takes for a strong person to snap their fingers, sixty-four moments pass. One hundred and twenty of its parts is "its moment." Sixty "its moments" are one "tang." Nine hundred "tangs" are one day and night. Thirty "tangs" are one "yud-tzam." Thirty "yud-tzams" are one day and night. Thirty days and nights are one month, twelve months are counted as one year. Within this time frame, the driving force of the north-moving sun's wheel is small, and the supporting force is large, so it goes close to Mount Sumeru, and therefore it also protects it, so summer days are long and cool. The driving force of the south-moving sun is large, and the supporting force is small, so it almost crosses the periphery, leaning south, so winter days are short. The combination of the sun's rays with the touch of the wind and the effect of distance makes it cold. The sun and moon rotate to the left around Mount Sumeru by their own power. Seeing their rising and setting appear to rotate to the right is due to the rotation of the globe. The other planets move in uncertain four ways, while the stars have no movement. Therefore, from the day and night, the lunar day, the constellation day, and the unsustainable moments, intercalary months arise, and the reasoning that combines the three classifications of inner, outer, and other is also determined as in the calculations of the Kalachakra. By determining the number of years in this way, the lifespan and time of beings are measured.

如果加上གི་གུ་(gi gu,i),就会变成ཨི(i),也就是ཀི་ཨི་(ki i)。

The measurer, if it deviates from the norm, will be destroyed in the instant of the end. The third aspect is the collection of letters at the end of a name, that is, the collection of three scattered letters, such as the word "chos (法, dharma)". When cha, na ro, and sa exist separately, they cannot become the name of chos. But they arise from the collection of the three. As for writing, it is the form of letters, the head, arms, spout, upward pull, downward pull, circle, eyelet, etc., which together form the image of a letter. A letter is a dharma that is the gathering of sound and the meaning of sound, and is the means of expression. Among them, one letter has only one root letter, such as "ཀ་ (ka)". One letter has two root letters, such as "ལྷ་ (lha)", which are ལ (la) and ཧ (ha). One letter has three root letters, such as "གཞན་ (gzhan)", which are ག (ga), ཞ (zha), and ན (na). Similarly, one with four root letters is, for example, "རྒྱན་ (rgyan)", which are ར (ra), ག (ga), ཡ་བཏགས་ (ya btags, ya subscript), and ན (na). One with five root letters is, for example, "མང་མཐའ་དབྱངས་ (mang mtha' dbyangs)", which are ད (da), བ (ba), ཡ་བཏགས་ (ya btags, ya subscript), ང་ (nga), and ས (sa). In short, when vowels are added to the thirty consonants, letters such as names are formed. When reciting the first of the groups, ཀ་ (ka), the letter ཨ་ (a) is naturally incorporated into it, just like ཀ་ཨ་ (ka a). If གི་གུ་ (gi gu, i) is added, it becomes ཨི (i), that is, ཀི་ཨི་ (ki i). Similarly, ཨོ་ (o) arises from na ro (o), ཨེ (e) arises from 'greng bu (e), and ཨུ་ (u) arises from zhabs kyu (u). The method of reducing the consonants to twenty-four: ཅ་ཆ་ཇ་ (ca cha ja) and ཞ་ཟ་འ་ (zha za 'a) do not exist in India, but were created by Thonmi Sambhota to adapt to the Tibetan language, and are only roughly similar. ཅ་ཆ་ཇ་ (ca cha ja) are similar to the first three of the second group, ཞ་ (zha) is similar to ཤ་ (sha), and ཟ་ (za) is similar to ས་འ་ཨ་ (sa 'a a), as can be seen from the fact that Indians call ཞ་ལུ་ (zha lu) ཤ་ལུ་ (sha lu), and ཟ་ཧོར་ (za hor) is called ཧོ་རར་ (ho rar). འ་ ('a) is like the long vowels in Indian letters, and in Tibetan it is mostly used as a prefix, suffix, and to become a long vowel. Just as strands of hair are gathered to form braids, strands of kusha grass are gathered to form bundles, and strands of roots are gathered to form lawns, letters are gathered to form names, names are gathered to form words, and words are gathered to form the Buddha's words and treatises. They can also be divided into chapters, volumes, sections, heads, texts, and post-
