如同星星般众多的劫中，无数佛陀出现，是为明灯劫。彼时，于遍照大雪山之手的莲花花蕊上，有身语意功德事业五种之净土，以基与心要之鲜花庄严，如是五组五种。第十三，心间吉祥之胎藏处，正直金刚乘之净土，娑婆世界百万俱胝之此地虚空，先前亦曾出现不可思议之世界。未来后际亦如是，成住坏空之劫与无数世界出现，十方其他亦是相同。如是成住坏空四者之间，时间相同之中劫二十，总合八十，称为一大劫。彼等亦于安住与形成之时期，纤细、稳固、不移转、任何因缘亦无法摧毁，丰饶兴盛，充满众多生灵。然仅以“世界”之名，便已注定自形成之终点便开始衰败，最终一切皆坏灭空无，当观此理。如是观察，我等之身如一日之蜉蝣般脆弱，命如风中残烛般摇曳，众多损害自四方围绕，较水泡更难信任，对此当生起极大厌离，精勤于解脱之神圣正法，此乃意义之总结。如是于无常之语中云：“何处大地皆焚毁，须弥山亦坏灭为尘埃，海洋之水亦枯竭，何况有情之众生？”如是说。彼亦观待于内，众生各自之世界坏灭。首先，从如虚空般之阿赖耶识之法性开始，无明与分别之风将轮回聚集，以业欲之水为依托。从父母之精血中，如须弥山般之身，如日月般之眼，如四大部洲与小洲般之根，十二处，如七山与外围般之八识聚，与六道相应之六脉轮。彼等亦如住处种类之不同，显现为苦乐等诸多现象之内。

At that time, on the lotus petals in the hands of Vairochana Great Snow Mountain, there are five pure lands of body, speech, mind, merit, and activity, adorned with the base and essence of flowers, such as five sets of five. The thirteenth, the straight Vajrayana pure land in the heart, the glorious womb, in the sky of this one hundred million kotis of the Saha world, countless worlds have also appeared before. In the future, at the end of the future, kalpas of formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness, and countless worlds will appear, and the other ten directions are the same. Thus, between the four of formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness, twenty intermediate kalpas of equal time, a total of eighty, are called one great kalpa. They are also subtle, stable, unchangeable, and cannot be destroyed by any cause or condition during the period of good dwelling and formation, prosperous and full of many beings. However, just by the name "world", it is destined that the end of formation will begin to decline, and eventually everything will be destroyed and empty. Look at this principle. Observing in this way, our body is as fragile as a mayfly of one day, life is as swaying as a candle in the wind, many harms surround us from all directions, and it is more difficult to trust than a water bubble. We should generate great disgust for this and diligently strive for the sacred Dharma of liberation. This is the summary of the meaning. As it is said in the words of impermanence: "Where the earth will be burned, Mount Meru will also be destroyed into dust, and the water of the ocean will also dry up, what need to mention sentient beings?" So it is said. He also waits inside, the world of each sentient being is destroyed. First of all, starting from the Dharma nature of the Alaya consciousness like the sky, the winds of ignorance and discrimination gather the cycle, relying on the water of karma and desire. From the semen and blood of the parents, a body like Mount Meru, eyes like the sun and moon, roots like the four continents and subcontinents, twelve places, eight consciousness aggregates like the seven mountains and the surrounding area, and six chakras corresponding to the six realms. They also appear as many phenomena such as suffering and happiness inside, just like the different types of dwellings.

即使是这大千世界，也如同器世间坏灭一样，当死亡的时刻到来时，外四大融入内四大，经历七火一水这八种过程后，内在和秘密的元素融入最初的光明，一切都融入一体虚空。同样，身体的四大收摄，脉、明点、气三种消散，经历七火，以及转移生命的水一，呼吸中断的气摧毁一切，身心分离，身体也被元素的损害分解成不可分割的微尘，最终一无所有，对此应当思维。

Even this great universe, like the destruction of the container-world, when the time of death arrives, the outer four elements dissolve into the inner four elements, passing through the eight processes of seven fires and one water. The inner and secret elements dissolve into the primordial clear light, and all becomes one space. Likewise, the four elements of the body are gathered, the three of channels, bindus, and winds are exhausted, experiencing the seven fires and the one water that transfers life. The wind that severs the breath destroys everything, body and mind separate, and the body is also destroyed by the harm of the elements into indivisible particles, ultimately becoming nothing. One should contemplate this.
