The smaller of the product of the first and fourth, added to two, is smaller than the intermediate of the product of the four. First, second, third, the product of three and four is the large one. Each of the four multiplied by the four is the largest. Meditating on these in the manner of Tögal (thod rgal) is supremely vast. Tögal (thod rgal) is meditating from abandoning parts of the four to arising, that is, from bottom to top in order, and non-sequentially from one to three, meditating on the fourth from top to bottom in abandonment. Transcending these, the abode of Akanishta Great Majestic Powerful One (og min rnam mdzes dbang phyug chen po'i gnas) on the snowy mountain, where all beings with the ten perfections are born, exists. It should be known that the difference between the Bodhisattvas abiding in the superior state is even greater than the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas surpassing the five Pure Abodes. The birthplaces of the four kinds of birth, because they do not exist as forms of substantial appearance, are merely nominal designations at the peak of existence, and the establishment of their places also lacks both gross and subtle aspects. The extent of the four dhyanas, starting from the Brahma Heaven of the Form Realm, is respectively equal to the four continents, the first thousandfold world, the second thousandfold world, and each of the third thousand great thousand worlds. The five Pure Abodes have no limit, like stars scattered in the sky. In particular, the Great Majestic Akanishta is gathered by the self-appearance of the emanation, so there is no substantial appearance. The basis for counting the three thousand great thousand worlds, etc., is from the Abhidharmakosha: "Four continents, sun and moon, Mount Sumeru and the gods of desire, a thousand Brahma worlds are called the first thousand. This thousand multiplied by a thousand is the second thousand, which is the intermediate world realm. This two thousand multiplied by a thousand is the three thousand, which arise and perish together." Therefore, although the three thousand great thousand worlds appear different from the perspective of counting, because they rely on the same ādhāra (藏文:,梵文天城体:आधार,梵文罗马拟音:ādhāra,汉语字面意思:基础) of the wind mandala below, the time of abiding and destruction is the same. The formation of hundreds of millions of such human-measure worlds is one intermediate kalpa. During that time, the nature of this empty vessel world has no beings, and it abides in the continent of plants, flowers, and reeds. Then, the manner of sentient beings arising is sequentially from top to bottom. Nectar rains down, and vapor arises from the earth. Various precious trees and lotuses

It is made to mature naturally. At the time when the four elements of the initial vessel's foundation are formed, at each of their junctures, the minds of the spontaneously born sentient beings, the four wind goddesses, many dancing water goddesses, four earth goddesses, and four powerful Naga sons are involved. With this sound as the cause, the latent consciousness of the formless realm of the peak of existence, which is capable of maturing, is awakened into manifestation. This is said to be the self-existent tenet of the formation of the world. Otherwise, the sudden delusion of mind arising from the movement of the unindicated wisdom of the essence is uncertain. As it says in the Guhyagarbha Tantra: "Emaho! From the essence of the Sugata, each thought is emanated by karma." This is similar to the birth of a new sentient being, but it is not a new birth arising from other causes and conditions. Rather, it is the very essence of wisdom obscured by coemergent ignorance. It is merely that the sudden condition makes it manifest, and it is not that it was initially pure and later became deluded. Therefore, the initial cause of the formless ones is also the unindicated alaya of the essence, obscured by coemergent ignorance. Not thinking of anything, like an egg, the moment it awakens into manifestation, it is enveloped in the womb of meditative potential. Although there is no cause for the manifestation of afflictions, the subtle habitual consciousness, with the body emanated by samadhi, is merely a self-appearance, and it is not that there is absolutely no element of body. The subtle mind-made body, like pretas and the intermediate state; the coarse flesh and blood body, like beings of the desire realm; or the clear body of light, like beings of the form realm, are also not like that. Initially, it is the nature itself, and later, the self-existing emanation body produced by the fruit of concordant merit appears only in its own realm and higher realms, but is invisible to others, hence it is formless. From the perspective of samadhi, because of attachment to the experience of a mind that is neither clear in its object nor either conceptual or non-conceptual, it becomes the peak of existence, neither existent nor non-existent. From the higher realm, only consciousness exists, and nothing else remains. From that, countless beings proliferate, hence it is the realm of nothingness. Or, moistened by the joy of the cessation of thought, meditating in a state of not thinking of anything, separated from objects, hence it is the realm of nothingness.
