The four different elements, the immeasurable palace made of pearl nets, and the places covered with half-nets and emitting pleasant bell sounds, immediately abandoning all these, that is, abandoning the pride of perfection, involuntarily falling into pits of fire, forests like swords, countless rivers, and helpless darkness. As it was said before: The heavenly daughters play together in the gently flowing streams, with those who immediately abandon everything. However, again being struck by countless raging rivers, one must endure unbearable suffering. Even in the heavenly garden spread with the cushions of wish-fulfilling tree leaves, dwelling comfortably with the heavenly daughters, However, again being pierced by countless sharp weapons, one must traverse forests like knife leaves. Even resting comfortably on soft cushions and pillows, dwelling long in the middle of Mount Meru, However, again being surrounded by burning sand and piles of fire, one must wander around with legs and feet destroyed. Even entering the immeasurable palace adorned with beautiful bells and shining pearl strings, traveling through the heavens, However, one will eventually fall into the immeasurable, terrifying, helpless darkness without end. Thus it is said. Now, in general, it speaks of the faults of being attached to life, and the suffering of death and falling up to the Other-Controlled Emanation Heaven. With the heavenly goddess whose clothes, cushions, and flowers are all old, And after the pretense of wiping the face with dust disappears, Looking at relatives and friends, uttering sobbing sounds, The suffering of death is incomparable to that of humans. Although the gods do not have the ability to feel pain, and therefore do not have physical suffering, However, when they see the five omens of death, their hearts feel very painful. As it is said: Then, some of the gods make sorrowful sounds, crying out, "Alas, the gently flowing stream! Alas, the pond!" They utter such lamentations. Thus it is said. The five omens are: losing the previous perfect glory, the color of the body becoming unsightly; disliking one's own seat; the garlands of flowers becoming old; the clothes becoming stained with dirt; and dust appearing on the body. At that time, the god's friends will abandon him, and the wife will...

Weakness and lying down. Consciousness is confused. The future destination is seen by the divine eye, causing depression and dizziness. Friends call from afar, praying for rebirth as humans or gods, but it is of no help to those nearing death. Therefore, even enjoying the bliss of the heavens will eventually be exhausted, because the suffering is immeasurable, so suffering is greater than happiness, do not be attached. As it says in the 'Letter to a Friend': Having thought thus, the virtuous do not crave for the sake of the heavens that will be exhausted. The color of the body becomes unsightly, dislike for the seat, withered flower garlands, clothes stained with dirt, and on the body, the emergence of dust that was never there before, these are called the five omens of the death of the heavens. Again: The earth supporting the Yoke-holding Mountain, transformed into the umbrella-like great luminaries, the sun and moon, will in the future also obtain the state of a great blind person in the dark prison of darkness. It means that, like the earth supporting the Yoke-holding Mountain, transformed into an umbrella, able to dispel the darkness of all the worlds of the four continents, the great luminaries, the sun and moon, when the light of their immeasurable palace of support, and the two sons of the gods who are supported, depart, they will be like prisoners bound in the tight darkness between the various worlds, unable to see even when stretching or contracting their arms, obtaining the state of a great blind person. As it says in the 'Letter to a Friend': The sun and moon, having obtained their own light, illuminate the entire world, and then fall into darkness, unable to see even their own arms. Here, saying "own" means that worldly people consider the support and the supported to be one. Like this, all contaminated happiness is essentially suffering, but because of arrogance, they are self-righteous, and in the end, they can only endure the suffering of samsara. As it says in the 'Admonition to Learning': In this world consumed by the fire of suffering, whoever thinks of happiness and arises with arrogance, is actually opening the mouth of the Lord of Death, this is the seed of the tree of the future life. And, examples of mistaking suffering for happiness.
