That which one cannot do, the eighth bhumi has the distinction of possessing the complete branches of ability. That is because it spontaneously accomplishes and abides in the aspect of the unconditioned good, so it is mainly the perfection of aspiration. Because the non-conceptual wisdom transcends the characteristics of phenomena and does not move with effort, it is called the Immovable Bhumi. Because it is not moved by the two concepts. The Immovable Bhumi is considered to be so. Thus it is said. The middle of the great, the ninth bhumi, Good Intelligence, compared to the eighth bhumi, to what extent, by distinguishing in detail such as names and definitions, one cannot exercise freedom to teach the Dharma in all aspects. In the stage of the ninth bhumi, because one has obtained the wisdom of individual self-awareness, one has the distinction of possessing the complete branches of ability. That is because it has the distinction of the power of wisdom that obtains the four individual self-awarenesses, so it is mainly the perfection of power. Because one is skilled in proclaiming the sound of Dharma in all aspects and in all places, and one has obtained the distinction of intelligence without fault, it is called Good Intelligence. Individual self-awareness is good wisdom, this bhumi is the Good Intelligence. Thus it is said. The great of the great, the tenth bhumi, Cloud of Dharma, in the stage of the ninth bhumi, for those who cannot accomplish the Buddha-field and the assembly of retinue, showing the appearance of emanations, fully enjoying the Dharma, and maturing sentient beings, the tenth bhumi has the complete branches of the distinction of being able to do so. That is because one is skilled in maturing sentient beings with many emanations, so it is mainly the perfection of wisdom. Because the two clouds of samadhi and dharani pervade the minds of those to be tamed, they rain down the Dharma in the boundless and limitless realms of the world, so it is called the Cloud of Dharma. Like clouds, the two pervade the realm of space, therefore it is the Cloud of Dharma. Thus it is said. There, raining down the rain of Dharma, etc. The manner of acting in activities is the same as the Buddha only in appearance, therefore, this conduct of the Bodhisattva, after hearing, the Tathagatas, etc., are the same in the world in truly liberating sentient beings. Thus it is said.
