It is similar to the time when one lets go and falls asleep. Therefore, at that time, thinking it is emptiness, Speculating and analyzing is the style of later scholars. Abandoning all fabricated thoughts of speculation and analysis, That innate wisdom, self-luminous, clear, and naked. When the later generations of Tibetans, without artificiality or distraction, continue again, Looking at one's own face is the method of abiding meditation. Regardless of the method of analysis or abiding meditation, The characteristic of oneself, the self-nature, is clear light. Appearing in clarity, without meditation, without distraction, It is the main point of meditation for all practice lineages. Even if the practice during the time of equipoise is like that, During the post-meditation period, whatever appears, all phenomena, With strong recollection like dreams and illusions, If meditated well, appearance and emptiness arise inseparably. On the great bliss mandala, above the white lotus and sun and moon, The root guru, the Vajradhara possessing the three bodies, With great faith and devotion, regarding him as the actual Buddha, Without distraction, praying is always essential. Although there are many terms for introducing the nature of mind, When looking at the face of innate wisdom, Awareness is clear and luminous, the wisdom of union, With the pure Dharmakaya, please guide everyone. The samadhi of the third and fourth dhyanas, And the four formless absorptions, with a mind of existence focusing on one point, It is a wrong path of falling into bliss, clarity, emptiness, and non-thought. Please distinguish the difference between the right path and the wrong path. Whatever appears, such as the body of the Buddha and the form of a flesh-eating demon, Whatever appears to the objects of the six senses, Whatever appears, mind and the nature of mind are emptiness, If one understands well, obstacles turn into accomplishments. When bliss, clarity, non-thought, and clear appearances of objects are seen, Flying in the sky, walking on water, and so on, Even if one holds it as supreme in the mind, if it is not grasped by realization, Various experiences are like the bow of the senses. With the two substances of mantra and the power of meditation, etc., For the various experiences of the wind-mind being scattered, Although there are many great practitioners who generate satisfaction, Most of them are in great danger of falling into the abyss of distraction. In short, from whatever practice one undertakes, If virtues such as honesty increase, And non-virtues such as attachment decrease, That Dharma is the excellent and wonderful path of liberation. In secluded mountain waists and tall forests, etc., In pleasant places of practice beloved by those who desire liberation, With few desires and contentment, living on alms, Wearing inferior clothes from dust heaps,

Not deviating from the well-spoken discipline of training, Long training on the path of the Bodhisattva's conduct. With the view, meditation, and conduct that cuts off disputation, In this life, make sure to secure a firm position. The environment for realizing one's own practice, And after the meaning of benefiting others becomes manifest, All of one's own Experience and instructions to others, Instruct the worthy ones according to the way to liberate them. Claiming to renounce, yet bound by attachment to this life, Claiming to undo delusion, yet caught in the net of grasping and the grasped, Claiming to be accomplished, yet the mind is empty of realization, Such a renunciate is a magician of the world. Having been well-restrained by the pure discipline of the Vinaya, The thought and conduct of the Bodhisattva's conduct are extraordinarily wonderful. The renunciate who is no less than a yogi of the Great Secret path, Is a place of offering for gods and humans. So it is said. All such characteristics, having been brought under practice through reliance on the wisdom of hearing and thinking, the Victorious One, the speaker of truth, has taught the four definitive and non-definitive, hidden and intentional teachings, and the Indian commentators who explained the meaning, as an antidote to the four perversions, explained the actual meaning of emptiness as the sole means of reversing the four perversions, and its necessity. In order to realize the meaning of selflessness, one must first listen to the tenets of those who believe in the existence of self, and then one can establish the meaning of selflessness. As the Pandit of Bengal said: "In the beginning of seeking that very meaning, one should say that all exists. When the ultimate is realized and there is no attachment, then there is the meaning of complete emptiness." So it is said. Therefore, when the correct, the apparent, the non-dual, and all that is combined with desire and attachment are understood as they are, one does not see any meaning in the debates established by nominal concepts. When the ultimate truth is realized by the correct wisdom that distinguishes the Dharma, then the obscurations of the afflictions within are destroyed, and great courage is gained, without fear of external evil opponents. Therefore, even the mind of the evil demon cannot find an opportunity to take advantage of it. As it is said in the Sutra Requested by Sredmed's Son: "Son of good family, if one possesses hearing, wisdom will arise. If one possesses wisdom, afflictions will be pacified. If there are no afflictions, the demon will not find an opportunity."
