Napar says that some consider the appearances in dreams and the falling of hair while combing, both their forms and general meanings, to be neither real nor the essence of consciousness. Similarly, worldly phenomena such as mountains, houses, beings, and the forms of substances are also empty of both external reality and the substance of consciousness. From beginningless time, due to the habitual imprints of ignorance, they merely appear without actually existing. Therefore, phenomena that exist conventionally, such as clear happiness, are considered to be solely mind and mental factors. Although many different views could be mentioned, the Vaibhashika school of Hinayana believes that gross matter is composed of aggregated atoms and possesses intrinsic nature, and they do not acknowledge self-awareness in mind and mental factors. Although there are other views, in reality, they do not accept appearance as wisdom and are dissimilar to views such as arising from self-caused swelling. Even though they do not accept self-awareness like the Chittamatrins, they do acknowledge a mere awareness that is not distinguished as either existent or nonexistent. As stated in the Commentary, "Through the wisdom of each individual's own awareness." This is the view of the Prasangika Madhyamaka, which has reached the pinnacle of the path of reasoning: Thus, appearance itself is the conventional truth, and emptiness is the ultimate truth, merely established by terms, free from any extremes of elaboration. At the time of appearance, there is no birth, cessation, coming, or going. Even the conventional truth, which is considered to be of other-power, is not accepted as having an extreme of establishment. This is the great chariot that opens the way of refutation, a distinctive characteristic of Nagarjuna and Chandrakirti. Here, by debating and examining all the lower systems, the higher system will not err. Thus, appearance itself is the conventional truth, and emptiness is the ultimate truth, and so on, is taught by the wisdom arising from hearing and contemplation, teaching all phenomena in the manner of the two truths. For those who can only see this shore and have not seen the truth, this is merely a combination based on clinging thoughts, relying on terms. The two truths are also taught as being truly one and indivisible. If the conventional truth is abandoned, then the ultimate truth will also immediately disappear. If the conventional truth is different, then the ultimate truth is also the same. If the conventional truth is defiled, then the ultimate truth is also defiled.

will also change. If it is a different entity, then it will not become a subject of dharma, nor will it overwhelm the characteristics of conditioned phenomena, and the path of meditation will not become meaningful. Therefore, for one and different, because there is a self-sustaining reason, it will not become a consequentialist. This school of nominal designation, because it prevents the commitments of others and is free from all admissions of self-sustaining reasons, it mainly uses the method of consequentialism to prevent the contradictory dharmas of the other party's commitments, therefore it is called consequentialist. As the noble Nagarjuna said, "If I have any commitments, then I will have that fault. Since I have no commitments, I am completely without fault." And Aryadeva said, "For one who has no bias towards existence, non-existence, or both, no one can utter criticism against him, no matter how long." Nowadays, the difference between not acknowledging one's own characteristics, self-sustaining nature, and self-awareness, considering the clinging to reality as afflictive obscurations, and the difference between not distinguishing between coarse and subtle selflessness, and the difference between acknowledging that cessation is the ultimate truth, and that the noble Hearers and Solitary Realizers are pervasive with the realization of the selflessness of phenomena, the difference between considering the consciousness of ordinary beings as erroneous consciousness, and considering analytical consciousness as valid cognition, the difference between considering the basis of mental appearance and conceptualization as the same, and the difference between having ordinary beings who can directly realize subtle impermanence, the difference between considering the three times as real, and merely realizing the sixteen aspects such as coarse impermanence, one cannot even enter the path of joining of any of the three vehicles, but throws the consequentialist argument. Therefore, in this school, the nature of all dharmas is unborn, and the nature of reality is free from all extremes of elaboration. From the time of appearance, it is unborn, unceasing, originally peaceful, and naturally in nirvana, therefore even the conventional truth that is acknowledged is prevented. Chandrakirti said, "Just as you accept that other-dependent phenomena are real, I also do not accept conventional existence." If so, how is the nature of all dharmas being unborn or born established? The Blessed Mother said, "Venerable Subhuti, is the unborn dharma born, or is the born born? Subhuti said, 'Venerable Shariputra, I'
