It is unreasonable to say it is okay. In the "Continuum of the First Holy One," it says, "Especially killing is nature," and if one especially kills the lower, one will fall, and it is said that all vows must be protected, so it is harmful. This is clear. Therefore, it is also necessary to cite the six dharmas, such as not mixing self-aspect and other-aspect on one basis, in order to distinguish between general and specific. Therefore, it is completely wrong to think that essence, transformation, and increasing qualities are not different. Similarly, it is also unreasonable to think of essence in terms of transformation and qualities, because the three vows are conventional truths. Therefore, from the former, first, self-aspect and other-aspect are not mixed, and each holds its own characteristic. It is said that the person who is gradually established by the lower vehicle is superior to the first one, and considering the differences in the thoughts of sentient beings, the three vows of antidote differences, which are established as the basis of learning, are protected as transformations, which is a completely imputed thing. Therefore, if one performs accomplished actions at that time, it becomes an irreversible situation. For example, if a bhikshu commits a minor or major offense, from which aspect of individual liberation or bodhisattva vow should he confess? If one wants to confess from the aspect of individual liberation, since it has already been transformed, there is no non-mixing of self-aspect and other-aspect, so there is no cause for confession. If one wants to confess from the aspect of the bodhisattva vow, there is no contradiction if it is allowed, so there is no cause for falling. Therefore, do not do the accomplished actions of the first one. For example, are the vows arising from body and speech tangible? The mind of renunciation continues, the seed has true clinging, and without mastering the means of transformation and taking the path, even if one enters the Great Vehicle path and receives empowerment, one is not a Vajra Holder who has attained transformation. This is the admonition. So, where is the limit for determining the commitment to transformation? Making the vows pure is attention, making attention pure is the yoga of the deity, and making that pure is becoming accustomed to wisdom. If the established transgressions are phenomena that have arising and ceasing, one does not grasp self-characteristics, and there is no gain or loss. Initially profound, in the middle not abiding in contradiction, the essence is conventional, so transformation is accomplished. How it is accomplished will be explained in the context of the mantra vehicle. Even so, both the basis and the intention have manifestation, and one has the three vows of practice with faith. If one abides, there is distinction, and if one protects, there will be confusion.

Protect. If possessing, then possess upwards; if correcting, then correct from one's own ground. The deteriorated parts are corrected to be thoroughly removed. If faults are produced, then anything should be prevented. If virtue and merit are produced, then for the sake of allowing. Allowing and prohibiting do not exist on the path of words, but are established in relation to the continuum of the individual. Therefore, most of those born at the end of the five degenerations have little learning, do not possess the wisdom of thought, and are separated from the suchness of meditation, so they are accustomed to seeing things as real and are accompanied by conceptualizations of signs, so the basis abides in their own continuum, and even the thought that possesses great means and wisdom becomes merely aspiration, so although they claim to possess the three vows, they themselves, as monks and laypeople, regard things and defilements as pure liberation, and combine the means of appearing as deities and great compassion with inconceivable wisdom. Therefore, it is rare for the merits of the three vows to be transformed into the essence of upward possession and be suppressed, just as being killed by poison without mantra, there is no fault, and it is necessary to emphasize behavior that is in line with the times, so on the path of accumulation, one must guard against misconduct, on the path of preparation, one must accumulate virtuous dharmas, and on the path of seeing, one must mainly practice the discipline of benefiting sentient beings, which also indicates that the temporary actions and the ultimate vows will change, which should be understood as great wisdom. Therefore, on the ground of practicing with aspiration, if the three vows exist, they will exist separately; if protecting, then protect without laxity; if possessing, then possess upwards; if correcting, then one must correct the self-system of each school, which is also in line with reality. As it is said in the "Pure Chariot": "Thus, individual liberation is taken for as long as life lasts, and it is not said that it needs to be abandoned when abandoning mantra, and the Bodhisattva is taken until the essence of enlightenment, and it is not said that there are causes for destruction and abandonment when obtaining mantra." Therefore, for the three vows, one must prevent and restrain what is produced by faults and sins, and there is no prevention of the production of merits, so it is very important to distinguish the magnitude of the power of each precept and the difference between allowing and prohibiting, general and special circumstances. As it is said in the "Garland of Jewels": "For general circumstances, treat specially, all treatises praise." Therefore, the three
