As such, there is no specific determination regarding the prohibitions of place and time. If one were to assert this in all times and places, and argue that obtaining a higher position necessitates abandoning a lower one, then Vajradhara monks of mantra would not arise, and it would contradict the notion that enlightenment is unattainable without the completion of the four empowerments. Similarly, the idea that the three vows are distinct entities, unmixed, like a stacked mound, is also problematic. As long as the ordained precepts are accompanied by thought, action, and aspiration, they initially arise from a single aggregation of causes, do not contradict each other in the middle, and ultimately form a single practice community. With these three qualities complete, it is reasonable to consider them distinct entities from the perspective of their individual characteristics, even though they are not entirely identical in all aspects. The understanding of the metaphorical meaning of the assembly of the sun, moon, and stars is similar. If measured from the perspective of holding onto their individual characteristics, neither the term 'waxing' nor 'waning' would be applicable. However, when the two higher ones become more powerful from the perspective of skillful means and wisdom, having separated from the mind of knower and known, even though the form of the lower one is not refuted, it is reasonable to consider the lower aspect as subordinate because of the natural awakening to what constitutes morality. As the great teacher said: 'Because the mind that performs the action is without inherent existence, it should be distinguished separately. If one meditates on all phenomena as being without inherent existence, then one should know that its morality is purely purified.' In short, the way in which all of this is established in relation to the continuum of an individual, and all the commitments of these forms, have the following distinctions: like during the time of rituals, each is unmixed; during the time of protection, the necessary prohibitions are complete; and the transformation of place is accomplished through the power of wisdom. In general, distinguishing between the general and the specific is key. Therefore, the three vows are the transgressions that have been ordained. Without vows, there is neither extraordinary merit nor transgression. That which is not restrained by vows is called intermediate virtue, and it does not transcend the nature of existence. Therefore, just as those who have fields must fear drought and hail, those who strive for the path of liberation must obtain vows. In the continuum of a single individual, simultaneously guarding the three, and abiding in the higher position, one cannot abandon the argument of the lower position. However, from the perspective of the imputed existence related to mind, the three vows exist distinctly and unmixed. Because of this existence

Within the boundaries of guarding vows, for the realization that manifests, acceptance and rejection must be followed according to the Dharma, without contradicting the scriptures, because it is the image of good and evil discriminating thoughts. However, when the realization of the path becomes powerful, able to integrate the various manifestations of holding vows and not holding vows into the meaning of wisdom of no self-nature, the nature of its three vows will transcend the eight consciousness aggregates and transform into the unconditioned. This is called the discipline of the fruition, because it has gained control over the meaning of good and evil not being established in nature. As it is said in the Sutra Requested by Sagacious Intelligence: "A Bhikshu yogi, if possessing various concepts such as discipline, breaking discipline, guarding discipline, etc., will experience the bliss of the gods and then again revolve in the evil realms. Whoever has no arrogance of holding vows and not holding vows, and has no discriminating thoughts, that is the pure discipline of Nirvana." Although this is so, A small drop of water enters the ocean and transforms into saltiness, but on the path of progress, just as self-nature and opposite are not mixed. On the basis of the three vows, the reasoning of destroying the tenets of state transformation. If you want the basic state to transform, there is no way to recover. A downfall arising from the perspective of individual liberation vows, if one confesses oneself, contradicts the already transformed state. If one confesses from a higher perspective, one will argue that there is no downfall, therefore there is no need to confess. Like this, the actor is the mind, the mind itself is the karma of good and non-good, from the karma of good and evil arises suffering and happiness, therefore, the method of accepting and rejecting these is the vows. If one merely claims to be a Vajradhara Bhikshu who has entered the path with three vows, then on the level of universal consciousness, one must hold the characteristics of the three vows separately, and self-nature and opposite must not be mixed, therefore, from all bases to all, the state transformation cannot be equally spread to the continuum of all those who receive the three vows. In 'Pure Vehicle' it says that some say that guarding a part will cause a state transformation. Just like melting copper ore will turn into copper, pouring brass ore will turn into brass, pouring lead-tin ore will turn into tin. After obtaining the higher, the lower will undergo a state transformation. Merely guarding one mantra
