Banners and the like, possessing light and the nature of appearance, as well as the good vase completely held by the owner, the wish-fulfilling tree, the wish-fulfilling cow, the seven royal emblems, the near seven precious things, the eight auspicious symbols. Furthermore, the soft, the smooth, the comfortable to touch, necklaces, armlets, semoto, earrings, neck ornaments, horses, elephants, chariots, various kinds of clothing, the distinctions of enjoyment, and adorning and possessing as one's own the bodies of oneself and others, all these limitless things. The supreme samadhi offering. In the *Konchok Ta Lei Do* (Heap of Jewels Sutra), it says: Most flowers are like banner flowers, the light of the flower arrangement shines brightly, various flowers are spread everywhere, and with this I offer to the great self, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The immeasurable things held in the palm of the hand, just as offering to one Buddha, are offered in the same way to all the Buddhas, such is the transformation of the righteous samadhi. Thus, the inexhaustible magical display arranged by the play of samadhi is like the Brahmin named being attentive to the unobstructed prophecy of the complete Buddha. That is also because there is nothing above the cloud of offerings transformed from the samadhi of the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, so merely offering to boast of being equal to it is given the name of narrow shoulders. In another way, the supreme offering is this, as it says in the *Namkhai Dzö Sutra* (Treasury of Space Sutra): Generating the mind of Bodhi, upholding the sacred Dharma, cultivating compassion for sentient beings, and practicing Dharma, these are the four. If you ask how this accomplishes the offering, it is because there is no other way to please the Buddhas. The third branch is the branch of confessing sins: The karma of cursing and the habitual sins, the form of fleeing elsewhere fearing virtue, all that is hidden in the thick darkness of existence, purify and confess with the blazing sun of the four powers. Among them, the six doors of sins to be purified are: desire, hatred, and ignorance are the three motivations, body, speech, and mind are the three actors, but from the main point of view, the mouth is the door of sin, so it is cursing.

It is said that speech is the action, and the mind is poisonous, being the basis of all habits. The actors of these two, such as name and form, through interdependent origination, either commit sinful deeds themselves, or instruct others to do so, and rejoice in these actions, blocking the path to higher realms and liberation, causing themselves to suffer in the three lower realms such as hell. Like this, if all the causes of suffering are not completely purified from the root by the power of the four opponents, then temporary virtuous actions, like being suppressed by the fleeting sunlight and fleeing elsewhere, although invisible, will never diminish in the intermediate state of samsara until the fruit of that action ripens, but will be hidden in the thick darkness of existence. As it is said in the Hundred Karmas: The actions done by sentient beings will not be wasted even in hundreds of kalpas. When the conditions meet, the fruit will ripen and be experienced by oneself. Therefore, represented by the objects of refuge, the Three Jewels, the lama, the khenpo, the acharya, parents, etc., the actions done and accumulated with a mind of affliction, if the lord of death comes with fierce force before they are purified and exhausted, it is like a sudden thunderbolt falling from a cloudless sky, or a great wind suddenly rising from a silent earth, causing great harm. Those who do not know this, or even if they know, despise the infallibility of karma and its results, will commit various sins for the sake of friends and enemies. At the time of death, the self will also disappear, and they will also disappear, but the continuum of consciousness will not be interrupted, so the unpleasant and disgusting result of the sins committed for their sake will only cause suffering to oneself, and not to relatives and beds, etc. As Master Shantideva said: For the sake of friends and enemies, I have committed various sins. And: When seized by the messengers of the Lord of Death, what use are relatives, what use are friends? At that time, the only refuge is merit, but I have not cultivated it. These words reveal the faults of carelessness, admitting that one is full of sin, uttering cries of woe and seeking refuge.
