ངས་སྤྱོད་ལ་དབང་བྱེད་པས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བྱ་སྟེ། ལུས་རྒྱང་གྲགས་གཅིག་དང་བཞི་ཆའོ། །ཚེ་ཚད་གོང་པའི་མ་ལས་ཕྱེད་ཆ་བྲི་བ་རིམ་བཞིན་འོག་མ་དག་ལའང་འགྲེ་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་འོག་ན་དགའ་ལྡན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལྷའི་བུ་དམ་པ་ཏོག་དཀར་པོའི་རྒྱལ་ཚབ་ཏུ་རྒྱལ་བ་མ་ཕམ་པ་བཞུགས་པའི་གནས་ཡོད་དེ། ཆོས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་གཉིས་ཀའི་དགའ་བ་དང་ལྡན་ལ། བསྐལ་པ་བཟང་པོའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཚབ་རེ་རྟག་པར་བཞུགས་པའི་གནས་ཁྱད་པར་འཕགས་པ་སྟེ་ལུས་ཚད་གཞུ་འདོམ་ལྔ་བརྒྱའོ། །དེའི་འོག་ན་འཐབ་བྲལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་དང་འཐབ་རྩོད་བྲལ་བས་སམ། ལྷའི་ཁྱེའུ་ཕོ་མོ་གཉིས་པང་ནས་དུས་གཅིག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བས་མཚེ་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་གྲགས་ལ། ལུས་རྒྱང་གྲགས་གཅིག་ལ་བཞི་ཆས་དམན་པའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་འདོད་པའི་ལྷ་གནས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་བརྟེན་པ་བཞི་པོ་འདི་ནི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ། བདུད་ རྩིའི་ཟས་དང་། བཏུང་བ་དང་། ལྷའི་གོས་དང་། སིལ་སྙན་དང་། གླུ་གར་དང་། རྩེད་འཇོ་དང་། དཔག་བསམ་གྱི་ཤིང་ལས་འདོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འབྱུང་བ་དང་། འདོད་ཡོན་ལྔ་ལ་ངོམས་མི་ཤེས་པར་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་། ཡུལ་ཉེ་བར་སྤྱོད་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གཙོ་བོ་ནི་མཆོག་ཏུ་བདེ་བ་དང་། ཁམས་ཀྱི་ཟས་དང་། འདོད་པའི་བདེ་བ་ཡིན་ལ། དེའང་གཞན་འཕྲུལ་དབང་བྱེད་ན་ལྷ་ཕོ་མོ་འདོད་པས་ཡིད་གདུངས་པ་ན་ཕན་ཚུན་བལྟས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་གདུང་བ་ཞི་ལ། འཕྲུལ་དགའ་དགོད་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཆིམ། དགའ་ལྡན་ཕན་ཚུན་ལག་བཙངས། མཚོ་མན་གཉིས་གཉིས་འཁྱུད་པའོ། །དེའང་བལྟ་བ་ནི་དེ་ཉིད་གཅིག་པུས་ཆོག་པའི་འདོད་ཆགས་སོ། །དགོད་པ་ལ་མཐོང་ནས་བལྟ་བ་དང་། ཕན་ཚུན་དགོད་པའི་འདོད་ཆགས་གཉིས་ལྡན། ལག་བཅངས་ནི་བལྟ་བ། དགོད་པ་ལག་པ་རག་པ་སྟེ་འདོད་ཆགས་གསུམ་ལྡན། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་གཉིས་གཉིས་འཁྱུད་ནས་དབང་པོའི་འདུ་འཕྲོད་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་ནི་བཞི་ཀ་ལྡན་པ་སྟེ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་མན་ཆད་དེ་ཉིད་དོ། །སྤྱིར་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་སྐྱེ་གནས་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་ལས། འདི་དག་ནི་བརྫུས་ནས་སྐྱེ་བ་སྟེ་པང་ནས་གོས་མེད་གཅེར་བུར་འབྱུང་བ་ཡང་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་བ་ཚེ་ལོ། བརྒྱ་པའི་སྐབས་གཞན་འཕྲུལ་པ་ལ་བྱིས་པ་ལོ་བཅུ་པའི་ན་ཚོད། འཕྲུལ་དགའ་བ་དགུ་པ། དགའ་ལྡན་པ་བརྒྱད་པ། འཐབ་བྲལ་བ་བདུན་པ། སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་པ་དྲུག་པ། རྒྱལ་ཆེན་རིགས་བཞི་པ་ལྔ་པའི་ན་ཚོད་དབང་པོ་ཚང་ཞིང་ཤེས་རབ་དང་ལྡན་པར་བཅས་ནས་སྔར་གྱི་ཚེ་རབས་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་ནོ། །ས་གཞི་ལ་བརྟན་པ་ནི། འཐབ་བྲལ་གྱི་འོག

因为能够自在享用，所以叫做他化自在天，身体是一由旬又四分之一。寿命是上面一界的寿命减去一半，依次下面的各界也应知道类推。其下是兜率天，是圣洁的天子白幢幡的代理者，弥勒佛所居住的地方，具有佛法和受用二者的喜悦，是贤劫诸佛的代理者恒常居住的殊胜之地，身体量度是五百弓。其下是离诤天，因为远离天人和非天人的争斗，或者天子的男女从怀抱中同时出生，所以被称为双生天，身体是一由旬少四分之一。如此欲界天依靠虚空的这四处，具有圆满的受用，天界的甘露食物和饮料，天界的衣服，乐器，歌舞，嬉戏，以及如意树中产生一切想要的，对于五种妙欲不知满足地享用，并且近距离享用的受用之主是极度的安乐，以及欲界的食物和欲望的安乐，而且在他化自在天，天子的男女因为欲望而心中苦恼时，仅仅互相看一眼就能平息苦恼，乐变化天仅仅笑一笑就满足，兜率天互相拉手，离诤天以下的各天互相拥抱。看，仅仅是那一个就足够了的贪欲。笑，具有看到后看和互相笑的两种贪欲。拉手，是看、笑、手接触的三种贪欲。在那之上，互相拥抱而享用根识的交合，是四种都具有，三十三天以下也是如此。总的来说，众生的生处有四种，这些是化生，从怀抱中没有衣服赤裸地出生，而且在南赡部洲人寿百岁的时候，他化自在天是十岁孩童的年龄，乐变化天是九岁，兜率天是八岁，离诤天是七岁，三十三天是六岁，四大天王是五岁的年龄，具有完整的根识和智慧，并且能够回忆起前世。

Because one can freely enjoy, it is called Paranirmitavasavarti, the body is one yojana and a quarter. The lifespan is half less than the lifespan of the upper realm, and it should be known that the lower realms can be inferred in sequence. Below it is Tushita, the place where the holy son of the gods, the representative of the white banner, the victorious Maitreya Buddha resides, possessing the joy of both Dharma and enjoyment, and it is a special place where the representatives of the Buddhas of the Good Kalpa constantly reside, the body measurement is five hundred bows. Below it is the Yama, because it is free from the strife between gods and non-gods, or the sons and daughters of the gods are born simultaneously from the embrace, so it is called the Twin-born, the body is one yojana less a quarter. Thus, these four places of the desire realm gods relying on the sky are endowed with perfect enjoyment, the nectar food and drink of the heavenly realm, the clothes of the heavenly realm, musical instruments, songs and dances, play, and everything desired from the wish-fulfilling tree, enjoying the five desires without knowing satisfaction, and the lord of enjoyment who enjoys at close range is the ultimate bliss, as well as the food of the realm of desire and the bliss of desire, and in Paranirmitavasavarti, when the sons and daughters of the gods are distressed in their hearts because of desire, merely looking at each other can calm the distress, Nirmanarati are satisfied with just a smile, Tushita hold hands with each other, and the gods below Yama embrace each other. Looking, it is the greed that only that one is enough. Smiling, it has two kinds of greed: seeing and looking, and smiling at each other. Holding hands is seeing, smiling, and touching hands, which are three kinds of greed. Above that, embracing each other and enjoying the union of the senses is possessing all four kinds, and it is the same below the Trayastrimsa. In general, there are four kinds of birthplaces for sentient beings, these are born by transformation, born naked from the embrace without clothes, and when the lifespan of people in Jambudvipa is one hundred years, Paranirmitavasavarti is the age of a ten-year-old child, Nirmanarati is nine years old, Tushita is eight years old, Yama is seven years old, Trayastrimsa is six years old, and the Four Great Kings are five years old, possessing complete senses and wisdom, and being able to recall previous lives.
