It means uprightness. Showing the accomplishment of ultimate meaning is the definitive meaning. Thus it is said. From the perspective of what is expressed, the scriptures of the sacred Dharma are divided into twelve categories. As stated in the Great Commentary on the Eight Thousand Verses: Sutra, musical recitation, prophecy, verses, self-utterances, stories of origin, Jataka tales, accounts of such events, extensive scriptures, accounts of the marvelous, and collections of instructions are the twelve branches of the sacred Dharma. Thus it is. From the perspective of antidotes, there are three pitakas (baskets). As mentioned earlier, the first five are the Sutra Pitaka of the Hearers (Shravakas), the middle three are the Vinaya (discipline) of the Hearers, and among the last four, the Jataka collection is associated with the Vinaya Pitaka of the Bodhisattvas. The Extensive Scriptures and the Accounts of the Marvelous are the Sutra Pitaka of the Bodhisattvas, and the Collection of Instructions is considered the Abhidharma Pitaka, common to both Hearers and Bodhisattvas. For the Solitary Buddhas (Pratyekabuddhas), there is no separate Pitaka; they rely on the Hearers' Pitaka. In summary, Vasubandhu said: The Sutra Pitaka explains the three trainings; the Vinaya Pitaka is the training in higher discipline and higher mind, because having discipline leads to obtaining samadhi (concentration) through a series of steps, such as freedom from regret. The Abhidharma Pitaka is the training in higher wisdom, because it reveals the meaning without distortion. Thus it is said. These are also distinguished from the perspective of those to be trained. From the perspective of skillful means, the most excellent is the Vidyadhara Pitaka (the Pitaka of those who hold knowledge). Acharya Aryadeva also said: The Vidyadhara Pitaka. Separating it out and establishing it as the fourth Pitaka is because it is said in the Compilation of Sutra Instructions: The three vehicles that guide, the Bhagavan certainly taught. Practicing in the spontaneous accomplishment of cause and effect, not seeking enlightenment from other Buddhas, why not speak of the definitive vehicle? and so on. Thus, the four Pitakas of the sacred Dharma also, from the actions arising from the conditions of the master, letters are produced; the collection of letters produces words; the collection of words produces sentences; the collection of sentences abides in volumes, which are the support for the vows of refuge. The Dharma of realization is from the establishment of mindfulness, gradually all the qualities of the five paths and.

Possessing the essence of wisdom of noble abandonment and realization, generation and completion stages, retention and cessation, the four paths of learners and the reality of the path of non-learners, the ten grounds of cause and the thirteen of effect, etc., the divisions of the Vajrayana are immeasurable, whose wisdom relies on the continuum. Among them, the basis for the qualities of realization is the ground, as stated in the Great Commentary on the Eight Thousand Verses: "Because it is the basis for qualities, it is the ground." It is said. That is also the eight grounds of Hearers and Solitary Realizers and the ten grounds of Bodhisattvas. The former is from the Intermediate Mother Sutra, by lineage and the eighth ground and the ground of seeing and the ground of thinning and the ground of being free from desire and the ground of realizing what has been done and the ground of Hearers and the ground of Solitary Buddhas. These are the grounds of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas. It is said. As stated in the Garland of Jewels: How in the Hearer Vehicle, the eight grounds of Hearers are taught, likewise in the Great Vehicle, there are ten grounds of Bodhisattvas. It is said. The basis of the grounds is also definitely the five paths, so here they are described in order from the path of accumulation. Among them, the first, mainly engaging in hearing, thinking, and accumulating merit, is the characteristic of the path of accumulation. Among them, in the small stage of the path of accumulation, there are four mindfulnesses. The mindfulness of the body is, in the state of equanimity like the sky, in the post-meditation, contemplate impurity and like an illusion. The mindfulness of feeling is, in equanimity, it does not arise, and in the post-meditation, whatever is felt is suffering, and contemplate it as being without essence like a water tree. The mindfulness of the mind is, in equanimity, it is empty of inherent existence, and in the post-meditation, contemplate that it does not cease and does not abide. The mindfulness of phenomena is, in equanimity, it is equality, and in the post-meditation, contemplate it as the eight similes of illusion. Thus, by cultivating the four mindfulnesses in the small stage of the path of accumulation, the way to enter the four truths of the path of seeing is, first, by knowing the body as suffering, one enters into knowing suffering. Second, by knowing feeling as suffering, one enters into abandoning the origin. Third, by contemplating the mind as impermanent, one manifests the cessation of stopping the clinging to permanence. Fourth, by contemplating phenomena as selfless, one turns away from clinging to self and enters into the path of cultivation. The path of accumulation
