All obscurations are liberated, and all severed channels are connected, swiftly attaining both common and supreme accomplishments, as stated in all Great Yoga Tantras. Regarding the extent of high appearance, in the commentary on 'Distinguishing the Excellent View,' the extent is described as: 'As long as one can clearly see the wheel of light completely surrounding one's own body.' This refers to the previously mentioned vision arising from within the body. Once such a vision is seen, it should be stopped, otherwise, one will die prematurely. This is what is said. Regarding the extent of bodily decline: when the crown of the head is hot and painful, one should stop (the practice), because 'gathering the life-force bestows the fruit of universal bliss and equality, desired up to the crown of the head.' If it exceeds this, it is not desired; the body will surely decline and cause death, which is frightening. If the crown is separated and goes upward, it will surely connect to the place of supreme bliss. Even if the body is devoid of possessions, the yogi walks in bliss and equality, but worldly people will mock.' This is what is said. Therefore, the instruction for attaining enlightenment in the bardo is: 'The downward-moving air becomes the son of the upward-moving air.' This is implied. The instructions for transference of consciousness and the bardo should be learned from the guru's oral instructions. Third, a measured experience refers to the five experiences, initially the coarse experience, accompanied by stinging and burning sensations, which is seen as a fault. Various experiences will arise in between. Finally, a gentle experience will arise, accompanied by bliss and emptiness, which will generate merit. If all the ways in which experiences arise were written here, it would be lengthy. Therefore, it should be understood from the guru's words of experience and from one's own experience of binding the winds. Fourth, if one has not mastered and has not bound (the winds), then obstructing the paths of the sun and moon channels through the practice of (forceful) violent winds, which is divided into three aspects: First, regarding how to obstruct the paths of the sun and moon channels, which is divided into three aspects: 'The body, through its respective gathering, etc. ... If the accomplishment desired by the reciters is not attained, it is merely habituated to the sound.' In the 'Hidden Eye-Opener Commentary,' it says: 'Now, I will show the method of practicing the six branches of yoga. Therefore, yogis should understand the practice of force.' Here, when through their respective abandonment, etc., even if one sees various forms of the body of emptiness (if bliss and emptiness do not arise), if the yogi has not bound the life-force, and a moment of non-leaking bliss does not arise, then the yogi will destroy the nada (channel), therefore, one needs to forcefully... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Familiarize yourself with it through practice and experience. Therefore, the yogi should straighten his body, place (the mind) in the central channel, maintain his breath, and abide without distraction. This is (the key). In terms of speech, suppress and squeeze the waves of life force and enjoyment, i.e., the small, medium, and large three sleeps, to the smallest extent. As the Hevajra says: 'From the two waves of enjoyment, with his own right hand and the thumb and forefinger of the other hand, the yogi should squeeze it.' Also, as the Guhyasamaja Eye Opener says: 'With the right hand, press down on the little finger or the two sleep channels, and keep them still.' Also, as the oral transmission says: 'Control the wind element with forceful means, so that it reaches between the Brahmarandhra.' This is (the key). In terms of mind, here, the samadhi of non-conceptual union must arise in any case, so practice it. Second, the fault of excessive suppression is: exerting too much effort in the life force, to the point that the heart (heat) and the head become like burning. If too much force is used, the lotus will faint extremely, and even the crown of the head will split open, and the body, aggregates, and elements will separate and die. Therefore, if the union of the mudras is completely broken, it will not give beings happiness and equal fruit in this life.' Third, the merit of moderate suppression is: The Hevajra (ibid.) says: 'From this, wisdom arises, from this, what arises? Like the joy of a youth, like the dream of a mute. The highest edge and the joyless center, emptiness and non-emptiness Heruka.' Also, as the Guhyasamaja Eye Opener says: 'Thus, again and again (if there are too many times, there will be obstacles), do not recite (loudly) too much (if there are too many times, there will be obstacles), just do it to the extent that the upper body and head do not shake. Through the life force (involuntarily) flowing in the central channel, residing in the vajra jewel in the lotus of wisdom, (the vajra) merges into the bodhicitta drop (body, speech, mind, wisdom), and with the immovable bliss, prevents the movement of the four (drops), obtaining the co-emergent non-leaking momentary bliss that cannot be compared to a hundredfold. Having accomplished the meaning of the co-emergent body, one can see it in this life.' This is the first stage of the forceful method. Fifth, if the lower gate is closed due to suppression, then the method of (releasing) the upper life force. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
