I prostrate to the Wheel (Khorlo)! In accordance with the meaning of the Root Tantra and the Abridged Tantra, I prostrate to the Primordial Buddha (Denyi, Thatness) through the four bodies. Here, regarding what is called 'Omniscient' (Kunmkhyen) and so on, 'All' (Kun) refers to twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths. Because it knows with the nature of supreme, unchanging bliss, it is called 'All' (i.e., 'everything') Knowing. Thatness (Gyalwa Thamtadkyi Dakpo, Lord of All Victors) is the Bhagavan Vajrasattva Coemergent Body. The Wisdom Body (Yeshesku) refers to the mind of grasping that has become the nature of Dharmata, which is also called the Dharmakaya (Choskyiku). Similarly, because it has transcended the enjoyment of transmigration and has given rise to supreme, unchanging bliss, it is called the Sambhogakaya (Longspyodrdzogpai Ku). So, what is this like? The Sun Body (Nyinbyedku) refers to, just as the rays of the daytime sun destroy the darkness of the night, the darkness of ignorance in which sentient beings have dwelt since beginningless samsara is destroyed by the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma, so it is like the sun, the Sambhogakaya. In order to fully ripen sentient beings, it manifests various transformations such as miracles, so it is the Nirmanakaya (Trulpai Ku). It possesses the thirty-two major marks of a great being and has eyes like the petals of a blooming lotus. What is the meaning of this? Just as a lotus that grows from mud is not stained by the faults of the mud, so too, although it is endowed with all aspects and dwells within samsara, it will not be stained by the imprints of samsara; this is the metaphor to be shown. Why is it not stained by the imprints of samsara? Because it has been liberated (Rnampar Tharpar Gyur). Having been completely liberated from the ocean of samsara and having crossed to the other shore, it is therefore liberation. That is, the four liberations such as emptiness. Because it is purified by these, it will not be stained. Furthermore, 'attachment to existence and non-existence of body, speech, and mind' (Sidang Sidmed Kusung Thuk Chakpas Zhebyala). 'Existence' (Sipa) refers to the state from which birth and other states arise, that is the karma of 'existence'. 'Non-existence' (Sidmed) refers to the place where birth and other states do not arise, that is, non-abiding nirvana. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When (wisdom) transforms into nature, body, speech, mind, and desire are wisdom. Because they become pure, they are not stained by the habits of samsara. What is that? It is the yoga (pure) of emptiness and compassion being inseparable. When the two are joined together and become of one taste, it is called yoga (pure). It is not enough to be merely emptiness or compassion. This is clearly expressed in words as, not the two (non-duality) of method and wisdom. 'Gods and non-gods are worshiped by humans' means that gods, non-gods, and humans, etc., are worshiped, worthy of praise, and become gurus, therefore it is called 'gods and non-gods are praised by humans'. Furthermore, because it becomes the most important from the aggregates, realms, and sources, it is the meaning of 'gods and non-gods are praised by humans'. (Omniscient wisdom body, like the form of the sun is the main one, eyes like lotus petals unfolding, its essence is sixteen parts. The master of the four bodies is the Buddha, seated on a vajra lion throne. Gods and non-gods praise, and Chandra the Good prostrates and prays: uniting purity and wisdom, the vow of the Victorious One, uniting mind and Dharma. Uniting speech and enjoyment, the body offered by the three realms and the emanation body are united. Knowing and the known are non-dual, those with and without existence, Vajrasattva's four aspects. The nature of method and wisdom, praised by gods, humans, and non-gods, I prostrate to Vajrayogini.) Thus, in the order of speaking, prostrating to Bhagavan Kalachakra. Then, who will explain this tantra? It should be written. By whom? Because it was prophesied by the Tathagata (of bliss), and encouraged by Manjushri, I, the Bodhisattva, the Protector of the World, will write the commentary (essence) of this (tantra). What is that commentary like? For children, wise ones, and fools, etc., what is said, for beings such as children, the secret of the tantra, that is, the four vajra phrases, etc., will be (clearly) explained. Furthermore, just as a mother helps her children. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
