I was given a large book, said to be the "Explanation of the Meaning of Three Rounds of Rosary," written by the great accomplished Mitra Joki. Upon opening it, the first part was about the propagation of political power, followed by the gate of entering children, and medicine, etc. Finally, it contained the essence extraction and other topics spoken of in the Kalachakra. There were very many kinds of books, like a collection of the essence of the Bodongpa's "Great Union of Suchness." Just then, the thought of discerning whether there was lineage arose. I met with the venerable Lama Wagindra, who said that although there was lineage, the source of the lineage was not certain. After a while, I dreamed that in the sky in front of me, Guru Rinpoche and the great accomplished Mitra (unclear which one) were dwelling in a manner of bestowing blessings, and then I woke up. On the ninth day, a person gave me a large package, saying it was sent from Samye Monastery. Upon opening it, there was a pure and wonderful sky iron vajra. The person said, "There was one slightly smaller than this, which was offered to Maha Santipa, and he was very pleased. I thought of offering this to you from that day on, but I thought you might not accept it, so I put it down. This time I heard that you accepted it, so I am offering it to you." After saying that, he burst into laughter. On the tenth day, I arrived at a delightful medicinal land that I thought was my birthplace. With the desire to find herbs that could be made into nectar pills, I went there and found almost all of them. Going again, I arrived at a thick forest of arura trees. There was an old monk there, who called himself a sage of medicine, with white hair and beard. He spoke of the identification of many herbs and some medicinal preparations. I asked him if this place was in India, and he replied, "This is a special sacred place of Chakrasamvara, and there is a naturally arisen image, go and visit it." He led me to a slightly dilapidated house, opened the door, and in the middle of a dark lake, I saw an unimaginably large image of Chakrasamvara. The radiance was inconceivable, and I felt like I had fainted for a moment. On the eleventh day, I arrived at Tashichho Dzong, the political and religious center of Bhutan. I visited the statue of Panchen Nagrinpoche, and after a while, the statue turned into a real body. He touched me with his hand and asked how many empowerments I had received.
