The lotus of great bliss, endowed with the five sensual desires. The body of a yogini, the wisdom of union. She who is called Varahi is the rain of non-discrimination. Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) By urging with the syllable Hūṃ, may you manifestly grant accomplishment to the practitioner! This was also written as a dedication on the painted image of the vow of the diligent practitioner Ananda, by the lotus-born guru's joyful servant, Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa Khyentse, who made this supplication. May it be auspicious and accomplished! Om Svasti (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं स्वस्ति, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ svasti, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, auspicious!)! By the virtue of erecting images of the lama, yidam, dharma protectors, and wealth deities, may all those connected with it purify their two obscurations and proceed to the blissful realm. May the lifespan, glory, and prosperity of all those connected increase! This supplication was made by Khyentse, the joyful servant of Jamyang Lama. May it be auspicious and accomplished! Om Svasti Siddham (Tibetan, Devanagari: सिद्धं, Romanized Sanskrit: siddhaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Accomplishment)! The great wisdom mandala of the peaceful and wrathful deities of all lineages, may the extraordinary image remain here permanently. By the play of the net of meditative illusion, may all beings be liberated from the pit of the lower realms! This was made as an object of merit by Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa Khyentse, the lotus-born guru's joyful servant, with a dedication of aspiration. It was offered to the virtuous friend, the holder of vows, the holder of sutras and tantras, Lungtok Tenpai Nyima, as a support for the sangha's practice. May all beings who see, hear, remember, or touch it be placed in the state of Samantabhadra Vajrasattva. May the lamas, buddhas, and bodhisattvas bless it! Sarva dā kalyāṇaṃ bhava tu. May all times be auspicious! Om Amārani Jīvantīye Svāhā (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ अमरणि जिवन्तिये स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: o a-mā-ra-ṇi ji-van-ti-ye svā-hā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, deathless, life, grant, svāhā)! The unchanging, eternal, sacred wisdom, transformed into the form of a mudra. May the blessings of the ocean of the three roots and dharma protectors abide here manifestly. May the holders of the teachings have stable feet, may the sangha increase, may the three activities of teaching, practice, and action flourish. May all beings attain the essence of enlightenment from the path of the four liberations! This was written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. May all times be auspicious for the increase of life and wisdom! O A Tha. This is the essence of the heart of the myriad branches of healing and medicine, the basis of all precious medicinal jewels, the ritual of extracting essence, refining, coloring, and purifying, and the practice of diet, binding, and pulse. This is clearly revealed. This is a part of the vast teachings of the prophesied infinite wisdom, a jewel in the heart of those who hold knowledge, and the supreme wish-fulfilling jewel for embodied beings. Again, from long lifetimes, the fruits of accumulating the two accumulations, the ears of the four classes of grain are heavy, through the intention of the glorious lord of men, a wonderful printed book is manifested. May the light of the moon of virtue arising from this be completely dedicated to the heart of enlightenment, and through its power, may the feet of all the holders of the teachings, such as the Lord of the World, Gyalwang father and son, be firm, may the activities of the Sangha's teaching and practice increase, may all beings temporarily pacify disease, demons, and harm, may the good fortune of life, glory, and wealth increase greatly, and may they quickly attain omniscient wisdom! This was written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, a renunciate image who has heard a little of the medical system, a servant of the joyful Jamyang Lama. May all times be auspicious! To the glorious Lama, the embodiment of all refuges, I pray, pacify disease, demons, and obstacles, increase life, merit, wealth, and wisdom, and grant blessings to attain the state of omniscience!
