Hearing the Hearer Vehicle's teachings, understanding what to adopt and abandon of the four truths, Contemplating the arising and ceasing of dependent origination, practicing the Solitary Realizer Vehicle accordingly, Meditating on the Bodhisattva Vehicle's teachings, without separating the two truths, May we purify our mindstream with the Generation Stage Vehicle. With the Action Vehicle, realizing the view free from extremes, With the Performance Vehicle, meditating on outer and inner equality, With the Yoga Vehicle, practicing the deeds of the Buddhas, May we ripen our mindstream with the Ascetic Knowledge Vehicle. With the Maha Yoga Vehicle, purifying the basis-mind as the deity's form, With the Anu Yoga Vehicle, perfecting the path-mind as bliss and emptiness, With the Ati Yoga Vehicle, ripening the result-mind as wisdom, May we liberate our mindstream with the Empowering Means Vehicle. May the sight of loving-kindness and benefit pervade everything. 2 May the root of the three-source ritual be well-established, May the branches of discipline, abandoning and engaging, flourish. May Gesar, the subduer of the enemies of existence, be beautifully adorned, May the hundred gardens of the Vinaya of the sacred Dharma increase. 3 With friends piled high with the camphor of benefiting others, May all beings be filled with joy and abundance, And together may they utterly destroy the thick darkness of samsara, May they be nourished by the glory of stainless nectar. 4 Generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, Concentration, wisdom, a great vine of jewels, By relying on the path of the perfections, May they be rich with the wealth of supreme enlightenment. 5 The Dharma teachings of scripture and realization are a great ocean, With the ship of the three wisdoms sailing, Having crossed to the far shore of the truth of the Victorious One's words, May they reach the island of omniscience. 6 With the rays of the newly risen sun of eloquent speech, May the lotus of the fortunate intellect bloom, And together may they dispel the darkness of the wrong path, May the light of the Victorious One's teachings pervade everything. 7 In a secluded place, completely freed from the bonds of the eight worldly concerns, Having completely abandoned all worldly activities, With unwavering focus on the supreme one-pointed concentration, May both purposes be spontaneously accomplished. 8 From the excellent vase of the Vajrayana lineage, Sprinkled with the drops of ripening nectar, Having thoroughly moistened the field of liberation, May the seed of unwavering samaya take root. 9 Holding firmly the vajra of body, speech, and mind, Holding in the continuum the distinctions of subtle and gross, By dissolving into the expanse beyond the limits of protection, May the reality of the secret mantra path be realized. 10 Sprinkled with the beautiful adornments of generation and completion, Having completely subdued the suffering of the channels, winds, and drops, In the cool shade of the blooming white lotus of the four kayas, May it become the abode of rest for all beings. 11 The wisdom mind that does not abide in any ultimate reality, May it together enjoy the peak of joy. The great wheel of complete liberation from superficial appearances, May it be eternally stable in the nature of the net of illusion. 12 Constantly enjoying the nectar of the three trainings of discipline, Utterly intoxicated by the bliss and emptiness of union, May the sangha of the assembly of non-dual awareness and liberation, Make the entire realm of existence narrow. 13 By the power of that, the two accumulations are drawn near by the spring, Perfect
