以内的道路迁转瑜伽，光明显现为色身的金刚城，前往空行刹土。简言之，拙火的燃烧显现圆满为幻化，光明之中擅长梦瑜伽，以中阴显现混合迁转的修持，祈请加持成就三身。如是专注祈愿的一切时节，祈请加持轮之自在嘿汝嘎吉祥，以及二十四境的勇士瑜伽母，无碍迅速成就。如是所有道之究竟归摄于光明心髓瑜伽，亦包含其他金刚道之意义的，决定秘密续部的精华，此殊胜之法，乃是获得对成就自在百千逝去者的宗风坚定信心的瑜伽士，青年无畏者所造，成就吉祥！ 具有智慧身之四尊无别身，降下二利之三藏语，成就究竟之三学清净意，祈请于教法之胜幢足下。甚深广大之四续部与三藏，无违于一坐垫修持，成为贤善且获得成就之殊胜者，祈请加持噶当派之解脱成就。 祈请加持十方诸佛菩萨僧众，三根本护法总集之自性，一切种姓遍主恩德之上师。 忆念闲暇圆满难得，死亡无常，愿心转向佛法。 见轮回之过患，业果不虚，愿正法成为道路。 生起慈悲喜舍，愿行菩提心，愿道之错乱平息，证悟离能所执之胜义菩提心，愿错觉消融于法界。 愿心与心所融入法界，愿专注禅定稳固。 体验却超出言诠的，愿见离戏之实相，愿显现与心无别之光明大手印，现证一味。 愿成就超越定后之周遍法身界，无修之果。 简言之

Through the yoga of transference via the inner path, may the vajra city, appearing as a luminous form, be traversed to the realm of the sky-goers. In short, may the blazing appearance of inner heat be perfected as illusion. May the skill of dream yoga be mastered from the state of luminosity, and through the practice of blending and transferring the appearances of the bardo, may blessings be bestowed to manifest the three kayas. Thus, in all circumstances of single-pointed aspiration, may the glorious Heruka, lord of the wheel, and the heroic yoginis of the twenty-four lands, bestow blessings for unimpeded and swift accomplishment. Thus, condensing all paths into the ultimate yoga of the essence of luminosity, and with the meaning of including other vajra paths as well, this particularly special essence of the definitive secret tantras was composed by the youthful, fearless yogi who has firmly gained faith in the lineage of hundreds of thousands of accomplished masters who have passed away. Siddhi rastu! May there be accomplishment! The indivisible body of the four deities who are the embodiment of wisdom, the speech of the three baskets that showers down both benefits, the mind that has perfected accomplishment and is utterly pure in the three trainings, I supplicate at the feet of the banner of the teachings. By practicing the four profound and vast tantras and the three baskets without contradiction on a single seat, may blessings be bestowed to accomplish the liberation of the Kadampa tradition, who are wise, virtuous, and have attained the supreme accomplishment. I supplicate from the heart to the kind lama who is the embodiment of the Buddhas, Dharma, and Sangha of the ten directions, the essence of the three roots and protectors combined, and the master of all lineages. May blessings be bestowed! Remembering the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity and the uncertainty of when death will come, may the mind be transformed towards the Dharma. Seeing the faults of samsara and the infallibility of karma, may the sacred Dharma become the path. May loving-kindness and compassion, aspiration and engagement, and bodhicitta arise, may the delusions of the path be pacified, may the ultimate bodhicitta that transcends grasping be realized, may deluded appearances dissolve into the expanse. May mind and mental events dissolve into the expanse, may single-pointed samadhi be stable. Experiencing what is beyond expression, may the reality of freedom from elaboration be seen, may the great seal of luminosity, in which appearance and mind are inseparable, be realized as one taste. May the result of non-meditation be accomplished in the all-encompassing dharmakaya realm that transcends meditation and post-meditation. In short,
