禅修行为的意义。这首偈颂之歌，在无有歌曲音调的状况中，帕（藏文，梵文天城体，phaṭ，摧破）。 舍（藏文，梵文天城体，hrīḥ，大悲） 阿（藏文，梵文天城体，āḥ，生起） 吽（藏文，梵文天城体，hūṃ，不动） 帕（藏文，梵文天城体，phaṭ，摧破） 将能取所取抛掷于法界。 唉！原始清净，离思离言，超越心意的自性。 与任运成就，光明嬉戏的娇媚相结合。 在双运，三身无别，自性解脱的。 遍主，意义之根本上师，从心间忆念。 请加持证悟现量智慧。 平等住，无迁变，遍布周遍，任运圆满的自性。 后得，六识自解脱，本初的状态中。 远离见、修、行之名相，一切言诠的。 当下赤裸的觉性，作为道用。 禅修，超越目标执着的网。 非禅修，远离烦恼错乱的他力。 从最初即离心，不变，圆成的状态中。 无论生起何种分别念，同时自解脱。 未被生起之感受念头所染污，自明的智慧。 无法以譬喻和言辞诠释，于自性中觉知。 在不可思议，意之明点中嬉戏。 此即是所有修持之实相。 唉！通常在印度圣地。 有四种宗派的说法。 如风般流传，稳固的。 究竟的光明大中观。 还有殊胜的观者们所阐释的论典。 不作意，大手印。 深奥秘密的隐藏意义之究竟。 自性大圆满。 意义之本体，超越心意的自性。 汇集于当下赤裸的觉性。 对此不散乱地守护娴熟的话。 乃是唯一的确义落脚处。 我疯子的言语没有依据。 无论如何说也无有穷尽。 除此以外没有心的明点。 将其严密地封存于具缘者的心中。 如此也是由于信心、誓言、智慧。 从。 不变之状态极稳固。 在近处邬金的面前。 无有经续之法丐者所说。 萨玛雅。 唉！如实直言的歌谣，名为无实幻化的嬉戏。

Non-meditation, free from the influence of disturbing emotions and confusion. From the very beginning, in the state of mind-free, unchanging, perfectly accomplished. Whatever thoughts arise, simultaneously self-liberate them. Unstained by arising feelings and thoughts, the self-luminous wisdom. Cannot be expressed by examples and words, knowing in its own nature. Playing in the inconceivable, mind's bindu. This is seen as the very essence of all practices. Alas! Generally, in the noble land of India. There are said to be four philosophical schools. Spreading like the wind, stable. The ultimate luminous Great Madhyamaka. Also, the scriptures explained by the supreme seers. Non-attention, Mahamudra. The ultimate hidden meaning of profound secrets. The Great Perfection of self-nature. The essence of meaning, the nature beyond mind. Gathered in the present naked awareness. If you skillfully guard this without distraction. It is the only definitive landing place. My madman's words have no basis. No matter how much is said, there is no end. There is no heart essence other than this. Seal it tightly in the heart of the fortunate ones. Thus, also due to faith, commitment, and wisdom. From. The unchanging state is extremely stable. In the presence of nearby Oddiyana. Spoken by the law beggar without scriptures. Samaya. Alas! The song of honestly speaking one's own state, called the play of unreal illusion.
