སུམ་གྱི་ལམ་ནི་གང་རུང་བ། །བློ་ཡི་ནུས་སྟོབས་དག་གི་རྗེས་འགྲོས་ལེགས་བླངས་ཏེ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕལ་དང་བདག་ལྟའི་སྐྱོབ་འདོད་མངོན་བཏང་ནས། །སྤངས་རྟོགས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། །བརྗོད་བྱ་རྗོད་བྱེད་ཐར་པའི་ལམ་དཀྲི་དམ་པའི་ཆོས། །རིག་གྲོལ་འཕགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྡན་པ་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། །རྣམ་གསུམ་གདུག་དཀར་གཡོ་མེད་དད་པའི་དཔུང་པས་བཟུང་། །ཉིན་དང་མཚན་མོ་རྟག་ཏུ་སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་བྱང་ཆུབ་བར། །བསྙེན་ནས་སྤང་བྱ་བསླབ་བྱ་ཆ་མཐུན་འབད་པས་བསྒྲུབ། །གཞན་དུ་ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་ཡང་གསང་བཞིར་དབྱེ་ཕྱིར། །ཐོག་མ་དེ་དང་དེ་རྗེས་གཞན་ལ་འཇུག་པའམ། །དབང་པོའི་རིམ་པའི་བགོ་སྐལ་ཇི་བཞིན་འབད་པར་བྱ། །ཁྱད་པར་གཤེགས་དང་གཤེགས་འགྱུར་རྒྱལ་ཀུན་གཞན་དོན་ཕྱིར། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་གོ་ཆ་བརྟན་པོ་བགོས་པ་ན། །མཐར་ཕྱིན་འདོད་ལྷའི་སྙིང་ལ་ཚེར་མས་བཅིངས་ པའི་མདས། །སྡིག་པར་མ་ནུས་གོང་མའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཚད་བཟུང་མེད། །རྟེན་ནི་རིགས་སད་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་དང་དད་ལྡན་སོགས། །ཁྱད་པར་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་བློ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེར། །སྦྱོར་དངོས་རྗེས་གསུམ་རྫོགས་པའི་ཆོ་གས་འཐོབ་བྱས་ནས། །བྱམས་པའི་མྱུ་གུ་སྙིང་རྗེའི་ཆུ་ཡིས་རབ་བརླན་ཅིང་། །དགའ་བའི་མེ་ཏོག་བཏང་སྙོམས་འབྲས་བུས་མཛེས་དུད་པའི། །སྨོན་སེམས་དབྱར་སྐྱེས་གཞོན་ནུ་མགྲོན་དུ་ཉེར་བསྟེན་ཏེ། །ཁྱད་པར་འཇུག་པའི་རིན་ཆེན་ཤིང་རྟ་བསྙེན་པར་བྱ། །ཐར་པ་ལ་སྦྱོར་དམ་ཆོས་སྦྱིན་པའི་གདུགས་དཀར་པོ། །འབད་མེད་དགོས་རྒུ་རྣམས་སྟེར་ནོར་བུའི་གཙུག་ཏོར་ཅན། །གནས་སྐབས་འཇིགས་བཅས་ཚ་གདུང་སྐྱོབ་པའི་གྲིབ་བསིལ་ཅན། །འདི་དེ་འགྲོ་བའི་བླ་ན་མངོན་པར་མཛེས་པར་བྱ། །རང་གཞན་ཉེས་སྤྱོད་རྡུལ་དང་རྣམ་པར་མི་མཛའ་ཞིང་། །དགེ་ཚོགས་བུང་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྡུ་བའི་དྲི་བསུང་ཅན། །གཞན་དོན་མཆོག་གི་སྦྲང་རྩིའི་དོགས་པས་རབ་གཏམས་པའི། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་སྤྱི་བོའི་ལ་ཐོད་བཞིན་དུ་བསྟེན། །གནོད་པའི་ཡུལ་གྱིས་ཁོང་མི་འཁྲུགས་པའི་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ཅན། །ཐར་པའི་ཕྱིར་ན་དཀའ་བ་སྤྱད་པའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་དེའི། །ཡིད་ནི་ཟབ་མོའི་དོན་དང་མཛའ་བ་སྐྲག་པ་མིན། །རྣམ་གསུམ་བཟོད་པའི་གོ་ཆ་བགོ་ལ་རྟག་ཏུ་འདུན། །བྱང་ཆུབ་བར་དུ་འདོར་མེད་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ དམ་བཅའ་དང་། །རྟག་ཏུ་དེ་བཞིན་སྦྱོར་བས་ཉམས་བླངས་གཡེལ་བ་མེད། །མི་འགོད་མི་ལྡོག་ཆོག་མི་ཤེས་པས་བརྩོན་པ་གང་། །ཐར་པ་འཛིན་པའི་སྲོག་ཏུ་ཀུན་ནས་རིག་པར་བྱ། །

三种道任何皆可，精勤撷取智慧能力之后尘，舍弃世俗与我执之救护欲，圆满断证功德之佛陀，所说能诠解脱道之正法，具足证悟解脱圣者功德之僧伽，以三者如雪山不动摇之信心为臂膀执持，日夜恒常皈依直至菩提，亲近后断除应断，修持应修，尽力而为。另外，为了区分外内密极密四种，最初那个之后再入于其他，或者如根识次第之分配一样努力。特别是，已逝与将逝一切佛陀为了他利，披上菩提心之铠甲稳固之后，以穷尽欲天之心上束缚荆棘之箭，未能作恶，无量胜者之功德。所依为种姓觉醒加持与具信等，特别是具足大悲心者，以圆满加行正行后行三者之仪轨获得后，慈爱之苗以悲悯之水善加润泽，欢喜之花以舍心之果实庄严垂挂，祈愿心如夏生少年般亲近侍奉，特别是亲近趣入之珍宝车乘。与解脱相连，布施正法之白伞，毫不费力赐予所需一切之如意宝顶，暂时救护怖畏与热恼之凉荫，此即是众生之无上庄严。与自他罪行之尘土丝毫不相容，具有汇集善聚蜜蜂之芳香，以他利最胜甘露之顾虑而充满，以戒律莲花如头顶饰品般侍奉。具有不为损害之境所动摇之苦行，为了解脱而修持苦行之士夫，心与深奥之义相亲不畏惧，恒常欲披三忍之铠甲，直至菩提永不舍弃之修持誓言，恒常如是修持不放逸，不退不转知足不识之精进，当知皆为执持解脱之命。

Any of the three paths is acceptable. After diligently taking the footsteps of the power of wisdom, abandon the desire to protect the ordinary world and self-grasping. The Buddha who has perfected the qualities of abandonment and realization, the sacred Dharma that speaks of the path to liberation, and the Sangha who possess the qualities of noble ones who have realized liberation, hold onto them with the unwavering faith of the three like a white snow mountain. Day and night, constantly take refuge until enlightenment. After approaching, diligently accomplish what should be abandoned and what should be practiced. Furthermore, in order to distinguish between the four: outer, inner, secret, and most secret, enter into the others after the first one, or strive as much as possible according to the distribution of the sense faculties. In particular, when all the Buddhas who have passed away and will pass away put on the armor of the mind of enlightenment firmly for the sake of others, with the arrow of thorns bound to the heart of the desire gods, they are unable to do evil, and the merits of the victors are immeasurable. The basis is awakening the lineage, blessings, and having faith, etc. In particular, for those who have great compassion, after obtaining the complete ritual of the preliminary, main, and concluding practices, the sprout of loving-kindness is well moistened with the water of compassion, the flower of joy is adorned with the fruit of equanimity, and the mind of aspiration is served like a young man born in summer. In particular, one should attend to the precious chariot of entering. Connected to liberation, the white umbrella of giving the Dharma, effortlessly bestowing all that is needed, the wish-fulfilling jewel on top, the cool shade that temporarily protects from fear and heat, this is the supreme adornment of beings. It is completely incompatible with the dust of one's own and others' misdeeds, has the fragrance of gathering bees of merit, and is filled with the concern of the supreme nectar of benefiting others. Serve the lotus of discipline like an ornament on the crown of the head. Having the asceticism of not being disturbed by harmful objects, for the sake of liberation, the mind of the person who practices asceticism is friendly to the profound meaning and not afraid. Always desire to wear the armor of the three kinds of patience, and the vow to practice without abandoning until enlightenment. Always practice in this way without negligence. Diligence that does not regress, does not turn back, is content, and does not know, should be known as the life of holding liberation.
