ལ་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བའི་སྣང་སྟོང་གི་རོལ་པ། ། ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་སྐུའི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞིག་ཞུའོ། །གནས་རིགས་ཁམས་ལ་དམིགས་པའི་འདུ་ཤེས་དེ་བྲལ་ཡང་། །མོས་དང་བསམ་པའི་སྐལ་པ་ཇི་བཞིན་དུ་སྟོན་ནས། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ཡུལ་ཀུན་ཐར་པའི་ གོ་འཕང་དུ་སྦྱོར་བའི། །གཉིས་མེད་ཟུང་འཇུག་སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་བླ་མ་དེ་མཁྱེན་ནོ། །མཁའ་ལ་ལྷ་རྣམས་མནྡཱ་ར་བ་ཡི་ཆར་འབེབས། །ས་ལ་འགྲོ་ཀུན་རྫོགས་ལྡན་དགའ་སྟོན་ལ་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་། །སྣོད་བཅུད་ཕྱི་ནང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་དགེ་མཚན་གྱིས་ཕྱུག་པའི། །གནས་སྐབས་དོན་རྣམས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞིག་ཞུའོ། །འཁོར་གསུམ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་ཤིང་རྟ་ཡི་བཞོན་པར། །བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཉིན་བྱེད་ཀྱི་དཔལ་ཡོན། །མི་གནས་མཐའ་གྲོལ་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་མཁའ་ཁམས་སུ་བསྔོས་པས། །དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞིག་ཞུའོ། །མཚན་དཔེ་ནང་གསལ་ལ་གནས་དོན་དམ་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས། །སྒྲ་ཚིག་རང་མཚན་ལས་འདས་ངེས་དོན་གྱི་དམ་ཆོས། །འགྲོ་འོང་རྟོག་པ་རང་གྲོལ་ཚད་ཕེབས་ཀྱི་དགེ་འདུན། །དཀོན་མཆོག་རིན་ཆེན་གསུམ་གྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་དེ་ཤོག་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའང་འཁོར་ལོའི་མགོན་པོའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས་བསྐྱངས་པའི་གཞོན་ནུ་ཨ་བྷཱ་ཡས་སོ།། ༈ །།རང་གཞན་གྱི་རྟོགས་པ་བརྗོད་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཐོལ་གླུ་དཔེ་དོན་འབྲེལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། ཨ་ཧོ། ཆོས་ཀུན་གདོད་ནས་སྐྱེ་མེད་ཆེན་པོ་རུ་ཐིམ་པས། །ཟུང་འཇུག་རིག་སྟོང་དབྱེར་མེད་དོན་དམ་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས། །འཁོར་འདས་མིང་བཏགས་ཟད་པའི་བློ་བྲལ་གྱི་རོལ་པ། །འདུ་འབྲལ་སྤངས་པའི་གཞོན་ནུ་བུམ་སྐུ་ལ་འདུད་དོ། །རྙེད་དཀའི་དལ་འབྱོར་སྤུ་སྡུག་མཚར་བ་ཡི་ཀློང་དུ། །རྒྱུ་འབྲས་བསླུ་མེད་ དགེ་བར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡི་འདབ་གཤོག །སྐྱོ་ཤས་ངེས་འབྱུང་དྲི་བཞོན་གཡོ་བ་དང་འགྲོགས་ཏེ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན་བྲལ་གཏན་བདེའི་མཁའ་དབྱིངས་ལ་འཕྱོ་བའི། །ང་ཅག་འདུན་པ་འདབ་ཆགས་རྒོད་པོ་ལ་ཤོར་སོང་། །ཆོས་བརྒྱད་འཆིང་བ་རབ་གྲོལ་བས་མཐའ་ཡི་ཚལ་དུ། །ཟུང་འཇུག་གསང་སྔགས་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་བཏུང་བ་ལ་རོལ་ཅིང་། །འགྱུར་མེད་སྐུ་བཞིའི་སྨན་ལྗོངས་ངོས་ཡངས་སུ་རྩེ་ནས། །བསམ་གཏན་གཉུག་མའི་བྲག་སྐྱིབས་གནས་མལ་དུ་བཟུང་བའི། །ང་ཅག་འདུན་པ་སྐྱེད་ཚལ་རི་དྭགས་ལ་ཤོར་སོང་། །སྐྱབས་གསུམ་རང་ངོ་ཤེས་པའི་གྲིབ་བསིལ་ལ་བསྟི་ཞིང་། །གཞན་ཕན་པདྨ་གཞོན་ནུའི་ཟེའུ་འབྲུ་ལ་ཆགས་པས། །ཕར་ཕྱིན་སྤྱོད་པ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྦྲང་རྩི་ཡིས་མྱོས་ཏེ། །ལུང་རྟོགས་ཆོས་ཚུལ་རྒྱ་མ

Riding in a chariot of three pure wheels. The glory of the two accumulations of merit and wisdom is like the sun. Dedication to the Dharmadhatu space that does not dwell and liberates the boundaries. Aspiration for the spontaneous accomplishment of the two purposes. The Buddha who dwells in the ultimate meaning, whose names and appearances are clear internally. The Dharma of true meaning that transcends the self-character of sound and words. The Sangha that has reached the ultimate point of self-liberation of coming and going thoughts. 歌喉婉转歌声扬，我等心愿寄托于药草地的蜜蜂之上。驯服自心的肥沃田地上，成熟解脱甘露雨无间降，解脱种子生起圆满蓬勃动。双运大乐四身果实美，我等心愿寄托于秋季的庄稼之上。讲辩著的白云翻滚，利他菩提心夏季的鼓声敲响，具善缘分的花蜜所庄严的鸟群，喜悦恭敬的百般舞姿中嬉戏，我等心愿寄托于夏季的孔雀之上。二资粮果实富饶的森林中央，二利同时成就的歌乐声中，脱离世间痛苦而得休憩，显现引来寂灭解脱的喜悦园林，我等心愿寄托于春季的布谷鸟之上。安住于听闻之雪山顶，以思所成清净的绿鬃为庄严，无间断发出修证圣者的吼声，将邪念迷乱的野兽驱赶至法界中，我等心愿寄托于雪山狮子之上。显现与空性双运的马车上，无间散发生成与圆满的光芒，摧毁业、烦恼、所知的一切障碍黑暗，乐空无别四身妙莲盛开，我等心愿寄托于显现之主之上。比喻八种、意义八种结合的修持之歌，任运自解本性原始的自声，从喉咙受用轮的宝藏中取出，祈愿加持使八法迷乱得以平息！

With melodious voices resounding in song, our aspirations are lost upon the bees of the medicinal fields. On the fertile soil of tamed minds, the nectar rain of ripening liberation falls unceasingly, causing the seeds of liberation to stir and flourish in the expanse of creation and completion. Adorned with the fruits of the four bodies of union and great bliss, our aspirations are lost upon the autumn harvest. Clouds of discourse, debate, and composition billow, and the drum of summer's altruistic bodhicitta resounds, causing flocks of birds adorned with auspicious nectar to frolic in various dances of joy and reverence, our aspirations are lost upon the peacocks of summer. From the heart of the forest rich with the fruits of the two accumulations, in the music of songs that accomplish both aims at once, we rest, free from the suffering of existence, and manifestly summon the joyful garden of nirvanic liberation, our aspirations are lost upon the cuckoo of spring. Taking abode on the summit of the snowy mountain of learning, adorned with the turquoise mane of pure thought, the roar of the accomplished saints resounds unceasingly, driving the deer of wrong thought and delusion into the realm of dharma, our aspirations are lost upon the white snow lioness. Riding the chariot of the union of appearance and emptiness, radiating the light of creation and completion without interruption, destroying all the darkness of the obscurations of karma, affliction, and knowledge, the supreme lotus of the four bodies of bliss and emptiness blooms, our aspirations are lost upon the lord of manifestation. The song of practice combining eight similes and eight meanings, the self-sound of the innate nature of spontaneous liberation, taken from the treasury of the throat's enjoyment wheel, may it be blessed to pacify the delusion of the eight worldly concerns!
