From liberation. In the unaltered, original state, Pray to firmly seize the stronghold. These are the preliminaries of the path, If they are not generated in the continuum, The experience of the main practice will not arise, So do not just say it with your mouth, but penetrate the essential point. The first chapter of "The Vajra Spontaneous Song of the Ascetic Path—Self-Liberation of Samsara and Nirvana," which divides the stages of the path of practice, is completed. The main practice is primordially co-emergent, The mother of all the victorious ones, The Prajnaparamita, Truly dwells in the hearts of all beings. However, due to the sudden stain of delusion, It is obscured and becomes hidden. In order to directly reveal and recognize it, First, one should examine it in this way. The key to the body is the seven-point posture of Vairochana, The key to speech is to keep the breath in its natural state. The key to the mind is the three aspects of abiding, movement, and destination, And examine and observe the shape and color. At that time, one cannot find it by searching, And one sees that it is not established anywhere. Because one has touched the very nature of reality, Therefore, abide in the unaltered, natural state. Then, relying on opening the door of the sky, To practice the method of essence. Recognize it in the essential instructions, And establish it with the single instruction. Practice through the experiential instructions. First, without distraction, gather the awareness Completely into the self-luminous state. Relax in the realm beyond thought. The nature without aim, without effort, Relax and abide without any constraints or modifications. This is in accordance with the views of the Sutras and Tantras, The trustworthy teacher of scriptural authority is: Forms, names, sights, feelings, and Perceptions, formations, and consciousness as well, The ultimate truth free from conceptualization, Is seen as Prajnaparamita. As it is said in the "Heap of Precious Qualities Sutra," Symbolizing what is said therein, The boundless ocean of the treasury of Dharma has been elucidated. Similarly, the Wisdom Dakini also said: "If you do not keep anything in mind, Habits will not arise, and the bhumis and paths will be perfected." Such oral transmissions and pith instructions, The teacher also generates certainty from this. Like this, recognizing it as it is, The self-aware, inexpressible realm, The view of primordial, spontaneously accomplished, Is experience, faith, and the teacher. In this way, in order to certainly realize its meaning, Through meditation, to attain the supreme fruit, In a solitary place away from hustle and bustle, Meditate single-pointedly on the original nature. In the post-meditation, view all appearances as illusions. At all times, maintain self-awareness and transcendence of thought.

skill. Although appearing unceasingly, it is devoid of substance. Therefore, the coemergent and subsequent are inseparable. Practice in the great union. At that time, joy, pride, and conceit arise, along with the four maras, both with and without beginning. The moment they suddenly appear, cut them off in the uncontrived space with "PHAṬ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: phew!). From the Vajra Spontaneous Song of Self-Liberation on the Path of Ascetic Conduct, this is the second chapter, dividing the stages of actual practice. Then, through the hammering of adverse conditions, bringing the equality of taste onto the path, generating forceful experiences and realizations, is the secret practice of extracting strength: In empty temples, cemeteries, and other places, in terrifying and hair-raising locations, at night when gods and demons gather, subdue all local spirits, body spirits, wanderers, as well as earth lords, nagas, and fierce spirits, and drive them to any targeted place, and absorb them into oneself. Oppress them with mudra postures, and walk in four ways: the tiger walk of a hero, the dance walk of a dakini, the winding walk of a black snake, and the hovering walk of a yogi. Note: Walk with dignity. The main practice is to visualize subduing the place, gods, demons, and oneself: First, in the state of blending space and awareness, visualize your body pervading all directions, until samsara is empty, and remain there unmoving. Second, with the preliminary of generating bodhicitta, blow out breath with compassion towards the gods and demons who are the main cause of harm, filling the entire environment, and in the state of subduing them, inhale them into yourself, placing them curled up under your bed. Visualize the three roots and dharma protectors guarding in all directions, separated by a protective tent, never to be transgressed. Third, although your own mind is naturally pure, the gods and demons who have not realized this, engage in delusion in vain, feeling great compassion, recite "PHAṬ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: phew!), and then, without distraction, in the natural state of non-thought, remain relaxed without contraction or expansion. The extent that can be achieved by such effort is: terrifying sights of external objects, as well as internal bodily illnesses, and secret hopes and fears in the mind, various kinds of thoughts arise. At that time, in the magic of awareness, recognize them decisively, gain confidence, and directly cut off appearances with "PHAṬ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: phew!). In the blending of space and awareness, remain in a comfortable state. Afterwards, visualize the aggregates
