་གྲུབ་རིགས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཏོག །དཔལ་མི་ལ་རས་པར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །གསུང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བདག་ཉིད་བྱང་སེམས་ཚུལ། །ཕྱི་ནང་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས། །ཕྱོགས་བྲལ་གྱི་གདུལ་བྱ་སྨིན་མཛད་པ། །དཔལ་སྒམ་པོ་པ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །ཚུལ་དེ་ལས་འོངས་པའི་ཟབ་དོན་གྱིས། །སྒྲུབ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་འཛིན་མཁས་པ། །ཟུང་བཞི་སོགས་མཐའ་ཀླས་གྲུབ་བརྙེས་ཚོགས། །སྙིང་དབུས་ནས་དྲན་པས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །གནས་འཁོར་བ་ལ་ངེས་པར་འབྱུང་བ་དང་། །མི་རྟག་པ་སྙིང་ནས་དྲན་པ་དང་། །ཅིས་ཀྱང་དགོས་མེད་ཀྱི་ཞེན་ལོག་གིས། །ཐེག་དམན་གྱི་ལམ་རིམ་རྫོགས་པར་ཤོག །སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས་མནར་བའི་རིགས་དྲུག་འགྲོར། །བཅོས་མིན་གྱི་སྙིང་རྗེས་དྲངས་པ་ཡིས། །གཞན་ཕྱིར་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་འདོད་པས། །ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་ལམ་ལ་འཇུག་པར་ཤོག ། སྐྱབས་བླ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་འདུས་སུ། །ངེས་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དད་པས་རྒྱུད་བརླན་ཅིང་། །མོས་གུས་ཀྱིས་ཁམས་འདུས་གསོ་ནུས་པའི། །གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལ་བརྩོན་པར་ཤོག །ཚུལ་དེ་ལྟའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ལེགས་འགྲིགས་ནས། །མི་ཕྱེད་ཀྱི་དབང་བཞིའི་བདུད་རྩི་ཡིས། །གནས་སྐབས་བཞིའི་འཁྲུལ་པའི་དྲི་སྦྱངས་ནས། །སྐུ་བཞི་ཡི་ས་བོན་ཐེབས་པར་ཤོག །ཁྱད་པར་དུ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཆོག །མངོན་སུམ་དུ་འཕོ་བའི་དབང་བསྐུར་གྱིས། །གཅིག་ཤེས་པས་ཀུན་གྲོལ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེའི། །གནས་ལུགས་དེ་རྗེན་པར་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག །ཐ་མལ་གྱི་སྣང་ཞེན་འཆིང་བ་དང་། །ཡོངས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་རིམ་པའི་སྨིན་བྱེད་དུ། །ཀུན་བརྟགས་ཀྱི་བསྐྱེད་རིམ་ལེགས་བསྒོམས་ཏེ། །ཕུང་ཁམས་ཀུན་ལྷ་སྐུར་འཆར་བར་ཤོག །ལུས་འཁྲུལ་འཁོར་གྱིས་རྩ་ཡི་བྱེད་པ་བཅིངས། །ངག་ཁ་སྦྱོར་གྱིས་སྲོག་རྩོལ་དྷཱ་ཏཱིར་བསྡམས། །ཡིད་འབར་འཛག་དབུ་མར་ཐིམ་པ་ལས། །ལམ་གཏུམ་མོའི་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོག །དོན་དམ་གྱི་ལྷ་སྐུ་སྒྱུ་མ་དང་། །ཀུན་རྫོབ་ཀྱི་སྣང་བ་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྷས། །མཉམ་རྗེས་སུ་བསྲེ་བའི་ཉམས་ལེན་གྱིས། །ལམ་སྒྱུ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོག །རིལ་འཛིན་དང་རྗེས་སུ་གཞིག་པ་ཡིས། །སྟོང་གཞི་ཡི་འོད་གསལ་ཆེར་འཇུག་ཅིང་། །ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་ལྷ་སྐུར་ལྡང་ནུས་པའི། །ལམ་འོད་གསལ་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོག །རླུང་སྦྱོར་དང་ འདུན་སྟོབས་གོམས་པའི་མཐུས། །ཉིང་འཁྲུལ་གྱི་རང་ངོ་ཤེས་པ་དང་། །སྦྱོང་སྤེལ་དང་སྤྲུལ་བསྒྱུར་འབྱོངས་པ་ཡིས། །ལམ་རྨི་ལམ་གྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོག །དོན་འགྲོ་འོང་སྲེད་ལེན་མ་གྲུབ་ཀྱང་། །ཐབས་སྲོག་རྩོལ་གནད་ལ་གོམས་པ་

成就种姓之海顶严，祈请米拉日巴尊者！ 语金刚之本体菩提心之行，内外之功德圆满具足。 调伏无偏之所化成熟者，祈请冈波巴尊者！ 从彼行而生之甚深义，善于执持修传之教法。 双运四等无量成就众，从心中央忆念而祈请！ 于轮回生起真实厌离，从内心忆念无常， 以及无论如何都需要对世间生起厌离心，愿能圆满小乘之道次第！ 以对痛苦所逼之六道众生，生起无伪之悲心所牵引， 为了他人而欲获得佛果，愿能进入大乘之道！ 皈依上师诸佛之总集，以定解之信心润泽自相续， 以胜解之敬信心能滋养诸蕴，愿能精进于密咒之道！ 如是之缘起善妙具足后，以不可分之四灌顶甘露， 清净四种状态之错乱垢染后，愿能播下四身之种子！ 特别是金刚之殊胜智慧，以现前迁识之灌顶， 以知一而解脱一切大印之，愿能赤裸裸地见到彼实相！ 于庸常之显现执着之束缚，以及圆满次第之成熟因， 善修能生起次第之观想，愿能将诸蕴界观为本尊身！ 以身之幻轮束缚脉之作用，以语之结合收摄命勤气于明点。 由意之燃滴融入中脉中，愿能成就拙火道之度！ 胜义之本尊身如幻，世俗之显现亦如幻化。 以双运后得之修持，愿能成就幻身道之度！ 以执持次第和随之分解，愿能广大进入空性光明， 并能生起双运之本尊身，愿能成就光明道之度！ 以风瑜伽和欲力之串习力，愿能认识迷乱之自性， 以及熟练净增和幻化之变化，愿能成就梦修道之度！ 虽未成就义之往来贪执，然以方便命勤气之要诀串习

Adornment of the ocean of accomplished lineages, I pray to Jetsun Milarepa! The essence of speech vajra, the conduct of a Bodhisattva, Perfectly complete with inner and outer qualities, I pray to Lord Gampopa! Who ripens disciples impartially. Through the profound meaning that comes from that conduct, Skilled in upholding the teachings of the Practice Lineage, To the countless hosts of accomplished ones, such as the Four Unions, I pray, remembering them from the depths of my heart! May I have a definite arising from the cycle of existence, And remember impermanence from the heart, And with a renunciation of unnecessary attachments, May I perfect the path of the Lesser Vehicle! To the six kinds of beings tormented by suffering, Drawn by unfeigned compassion, Desiring to attain Buddhahood for the sake of others, May I enter the path of the Great Vehicle! In the Lama, the embodiment of all Buddhas, the refuge, May my being be moistened with the faith of definite knowledge, And with devotion, may I be able to nourish the elements, May I strive on the path of Secret Mantra! When such auspicious circumstances are well arranged, With the nectar of the indivisible four empowerments, Having cleansed the stains of the delusions of the four states, May the seeds of the four bodies be sown! Especially, the supreme Vajra Wisdom, With the empowerment of manifestly transferring consciousness, By knowing one, all is liberated, the Great Seal, May I see that reality nakedly! The bondage of clinging to ordinary appearances, And as a maturing factor for the stages of completion, Having well meditated on the creation stage of conceptualization, May all the aggregates and elements arise as the deity's form! With the body's whirling exercises, bind the functions of the channels, With the speech's union, restrain the life-force prana into the bindu. From the mind's blazing and dripping, dissolving into the central channel, May I go beyond the path of Tummo! The ultimate deity body is like an illusion, The conventional appearances are also like an illusion. With the practice of blending equality and subsequent attainment, May I go beyond the path of the illusory body! With the grasping of the stages and the subsequent dissolution, May the clear light of the empty ground greatly enter, And may I be able to arise as the deity body of union, May I go beyond the path of clear light! Through the power of familiarity with wind practice and the strength of aspiration, May I recognize the nature of inherent delusion, And with proficiency in purifying, increasing, and transforming, May I go beyond the path of dream yoga! Although the coming and going of meaning, craving, and grasping are not accomplished, Yet with the skillful life-force prana, be familiar with the essential points.
