The oral instructions of Ma Gyi, and the pill practice of Garab Dorje's Heart Essence, are accomplished through proper practice both before and after. The benefit of this substance is, as stated in the oral instructions of the path of liberation: "Such a substance of the deity, whoever consumes it will purify impairments, obtain vows and attainments, and ultimately achieve immutable great bliss." Also, in the Heart Essence of Garab Dorje, it says: "This supreme substance of Great Bliss Vajrasattva, liberation through tasting it, all that is seen, heard, remembered, touched, and felt, will be effortlessly liberated in seven lifetimes, temporarily pacifying obstacles, replenishing impairments, and transforming into the essence of life and body." And so on, it is widely praised as the essence of all samaya substances, rare and wonderful. Emaho! The body-dharma pill of Khenchen Bodhisattva, unearthed from the cave of Dzi Mead Khandro, the great liberation-through-tasting pill, is: From the terma of Guru Chokyi Wangchuk, in the later part of Lungyang Deshek Dupa, it says: "Secret Lord Kungawo, born in the land of Zahor, the wise and courageous one, named Bhyo Dhisatva, a bodhisattva whose sight is meaningful, whose name alone accomplishes great deeds." As it is said, the wisdom body of the glorious Secret Lord, appearing as a bhikshu Bodhisattva, the second Thubwang in the snowy mountains, with whom connection is meaningful, therefore, his body-dharma particles are ground together with Zhongxi, mixed with clear water from Kashmir, white barley flour, saffron for color, and white sandalwood for fragrance, made into mustard-seed-sized pills, blessed by the practice of liberation-through-tasting pills, whoever tastes or wears it around the neck, etc., by the unsurpassed bodhicitta and aspiration of the Bodhisattva, will pacify all unfavorable conditions both internal and external, purify the aggregates of discipline, samadhi, and wisdom, and the sprout of liberation will grow higher and higher. The bone pill of the Brahmin great teacher Prabahasti, invited from the seat where Guru Rinpoche practiced in the secret cave of the old site of Karma's Million Fortress, the great liberation-through-tasting pill for taming beings in seven lifetimes, is: Snow lotus, and soil and stones from great sacred sites, etc.

Even just sensing a bit of the fragrance carried by the wind, one will definitely obtain a human body endowed with Dharma." Therefore, know that this indicates its function is the same as all treasures. The Great Fragrant Vajra, the Manifesting Illuminator, purifies afflictions and ignorance, and attains the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. These are ultimate qualities. Furthermore, it subdues nagas and demons, can cure leprosy and poison diseases, and becomes a tonic for life and body, etc., countless benefits are spoken of.
