It benefits and transforms into nectar, free from wrinkles and white hair, possessing a Vajra-like beautiful form, gaining fame for eons, and it will surely avert death. Thus, it benefits all types of transformed diseases and transforms the essence of the untransformed body into nectar. By its power, one is free from wrinkles, white hair, and other signs of aging, with a bright complexion, a pleasant voice, a generous heart, and longevity, thus possessing a beautiful form that is as indestructible as a Vajra. If taken for a long time, relying on the blessings of the supreme deity, the power of mantra, and the efficacy of medicine, one will surely avert death for an eon or more, and transform into the form of a vidyadhara who controls life. Based on this, practicing the remaining paths, it is certain that one will quickly attain the wisdom body of the immortal Holy Mother Tara. The efficacy of the excellent medicine is that which arises from the power of the Vajra mantra, the nectar of the accomplished ones is desirable, and it is the cause for the blossoming of the lotus of benefit and happiness. This was also recorded by the vidyadhara monk Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo at the Ladrang Tarpa Tser of the glorious Ewam Choden Monastery. By the power of this meaningful pill, may the lotus feet of the glorious supreme lamas remain firm for hundreds of eons, may their activities spread in all ten directions, may all sentient beings completely triumph over the battlefield of the Lord of Death, and may all life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and qualities increase and expand from above. ༈. When practicing the accumulation of medicine for the Dü Dö, place the subjugation object in the center of the skull, Vairochana pills, Prabahasti's Vairochana, medicine pills, Garab Dorje's relics, the wisdom of the crown, the flesh of Chödrag Gyatso, the mind of Wangdrag Gyatso, arura, cardamom, and other medicines. ༈.
