༈ །། The Great Compassion manifestation of the Seven Brahmin Incarnations, the Meatball Relic Drop that Uproots the Hells, brought from Sengchen Namdrak: Mix white barley flour with wood salt and knead it into dough. Add concentrated Kashmiri juice. Roll the mixture into mustard seed-sized pills. These pills are well-accomplished through the Great Accomplishment of the Seven Incarnations of Great Compassion Secret Assembly and others. The benefits of this are said to be inconceivable from various treasure sources. In particular, it is quoted in the Heart Essence of the Mind Accomplishment Oral Instructions: From the Great Tantra of Uprooting the Hells and Subduing Beings: The Bhagavan Padmasambhava, with his compassionate eyes, spoke to the Dakini, the Free One of Dance: The nectar of meaning that liberates is without birth. The nectar of realization that liberates is the essence of seven lifetimes. The nectar of signs that liberates is the pill accomplished according to the proper method. This is the great method of uprooting all hells and samsara, arising naturally from the compassion of the noble one. It is the wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills the hopes and desires of beings according to the proper method. Whichever sentient being sees, hears, touches, wears around their neck, smells, tastes in their mouth, etc., all those who are connected to it will have all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless lifetimes purified like wiping away dust with a white conch shell. The door to the karma of being born in lower realms and hells will be cut off. The seeds of higher realms and liberation will be sown. Furthermore, all illnesses, evil spirits, and discomforts will be pacified, and all life, merit, and wisdom will increase. It will become a great protection that cannot be overcome by obstacles and interferences. In short, what need is there to say more? The sentient being into whose stomach the pill goes, because they hold the lineage of the noble one, should be known to have the same fortune as Avalokiteshvara, the Lord of Power. That earth, at the crossroads of trade, And the place of the cemetery and the place of the high mountain, Wherever it is placed is a place of virtue, Touching it or smelling its scent, All sentient beings go to higher realms. The qualities of this cannot be expressed.
