Named "Meaning Accomplished," it began on the tenth day of the waxing moon of the Dawa month in the Earth Sheep year (1979). In the retreat chamber of Dege Lhundrup Teng (Dege Printing House, located in present-day Dege County, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province), the Labrang Phende Kunkhyab Ling, presided over by the great Vajradhara Jamyang Namkhai Gyaltsen Palsangpo. We, the assembled, invited the Guru's Mind Accomplishment, Dispeller of All Obstacles, and the Mind Accomplishment Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, the teaching of Spontaneous Fulfillment, together with the aforementioned sacred substances. For the benefit of beings, we added the sacred substance experience-liberation practice, the instructions connected to the Guru's recitation-accomplishment activity, as a special ritual for initiating the great accomplishment. Through the accomplishment of recitation with the four complete branches, may this liberate all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch from the fears and sufferings of samsara and the lower realms, accomplish the supreme and common limitless attainments as desired, and quickly attain the state of the great Orgyen Vajradhara. This was written by Khyentse Wangpo, the servant who pleases the Lotus-Born Guru. ༈ །།The Vajrasattva pill of great bliss, which was invited from Sengchen Namdrak by the great scholar Sangye Sangwa and accomplished in the great illusory net mandala of Vajrasattva, the single seal and the mandala with supports, is for mending impairments and purifying obscurations. Based on cinnabar from the great hidden places, with a little camphor, stalactite, sindhura, mustard, etc., ground into fine powder, mixed with pure water into tsampa. Add phab gta' dissolved in pure water, roll into pea-sized pills, and offer the essence of India as clothing. These are the three paths of liberation of the Vajrasattva mind accomplishment.
