能作一切，如是等等，所有四种事业皆能如意成就，并且，此物是极大的守护物，特别是对于衰损、染污、传染病，以及凶恶的邪魔鬼怪都无法侵犯，而且能使内心恒常安乐，禅定增长。因此，具有瑜伽之士，为了成就一切事业，应当佩戴此物。此外，在《斯弥堆策》的论典中说：佩戴于颈项，或服用于腹中，或者食用、熏香、涂抹，能消除疾病、鬼怪，以及染污和一切不净。如是所说，极力赞叹能净和斯弥堆策等物的沐浴圣物。此外，对于任何疾病和鬼怪，都可以用烟熏，或者服用于腹中，或者从外部涂抹，以及作为普遍的守护物等，此物都特别殊胜。从此延伸开来，如果制作解脱诅咒的药丸，就在上述药丸的基础上，加入六妙药、白菖蒲、樟脑、红白菩提丸、甘露法药、少量秦艽，然后用常流之水调和，装入宝瓶中，按照口诀心髓的喇嘛语狮猛厉事业金刚顶髻的宝瓶仪轨进行修持。然后将上述药物的粉末揉成药丸，对于遣除诅咒的宝瓶之物极为珍视。将药丸溶于水中，用于沐浴、饮用、洒在住所等地，或者用烟熏等，能使一切诅咒、降魔、回遮等全部平息。此外，在口诀心髓的一般守护事业中，所说的毒血药丸，加入黑护法总集，如法修持后，能使邪魔鬼怪不能靠近，龙、恶毒者逃向四面八方等等功德，也会更加增上。 殊胜加持处，从旺地的山岩中取出，吉祥岩洞马拉德嘎（Maratika Cave，位于尼泊尔东部）的土制药丸，是不死甘露之精华。在莲师大传中说：名为马拉德嘎的岩洞，是三族怙主加持之地，冬天也会降下花雨，是吉祥加持极大的殊胜处，在此开启了无量寿佛的坛城，成就了三个月的长寿持明。如是赞叹，马拉德嘎，即是终结死亡的岩石的精华，莲花生大师在此处赐予长寿成就。

That which accomplishes all, and so forth, all four activities are accomplished as desired, and moreover, this is a great protector, especially against decline, defilement, and contagious diseases. Vicious demons and spirits cannot harm it, and it always brings ease to the mind and increases concentration. Therefore, those who possess yoga should wear it to accomplish all activities. Furthermore, in the treatise of 'Sme brtsegs,' it says: 'Wearing it around the neck or taking it internally, eating, fumigating, or applying it, it eliminates diseases, evil spirits, defilement, and all impurities.' As it is said, it is highly praised as a bathing substance for rnam 'joms and sme brtsegs, etc. Moreover, for any disease or evil spirit, it can be fumigated with smoke, taken internally, applied externally, and it is particularly excellent as a general protective substance. Extending from this, if one makes pills to liberate from curses, on top of the aforementioned pills, add six excellent medicines, white calamus, camphor, red and white bodhicitta pills, nectar medicine, and a small amount of gentian, then mix them with constantly flowing water and pour them into a vase. Perform the practice according to the vase ritual of the wrathful activities of the Lama Speaking Lion of the Oral Instruction Heart Essence, Vajra Crown. Then, roll the powder of the aforementioned substances into pills, which are highly cherished as vase substances for dispelling curses. Dissolving the pills in water for bathing, drinking, sprinkling on dwellings, etc., or fumigating with smoke, etc., will pacify all curses, casting spells, and reversing harm. Furthermore, in the general protective section of the Oral Instruction Heart Essence activities, the poison blood pill substance combined with the Black Protector Kuntup, when practiced properly, will prevent evil spirits and obstacles from approaching, and nagas and vicious beings will flee in all directions, and so forth, and its qualities will be even more enhanced. The essence of the immortal nectar pill made from the earth of the auspicious cave Maratika (Maratika Cave, located in eastern Nepal), which originated from the rock of Wangdrak, a supreme place of empowerment, is as follows: In the Great Liberation Story of Padma, it says: 'The cave called Maratika is a place blessed by the Lords of the Three Families. Even in winter, flowers fall like rain. In that supreme place of auspicious blessings, the mandala of Amitayus was opened, and the life-affirming vidyadhara was accomplished in three months.' As it is praised, Maratika, which is the essence of the rock that ends death, was where Guru Rinpoche granted the accomplishment of longevity.

The benefits are: From the Northern Treasure Nectar Rosary, it says: This precious earth nectar, when consumed, brings long life and wisdom. Food and wealth will descend like rain. Samadhi will be unwavering, and the deity's form will be clear. It will eliminate water disasters, earth-spirit disturbances, and all diseases. It will increase flesh, lengthen breath, and pacify afflictions. Lineage will flourish, retinue will increase, and dakinis will gather. In this life, realize self-awareness and wisdom, and swiftly attain Buddhahood. Thus, this nectar is praised as the most supreme, and all its qualities are also fully present here. In the Gongdü, it is also stated with the same words as above. In particular, in the Mind Practice Longevity Text, it says: The best is to abandon all food and rely on the nectar of accomplished ones. The intermediate is to abandon harmful food and rely on the nectar of medicine. The lowest is to rely on the substance of samaya in the early morning when the body is strong. The life and youth of the Blessed Vajrasattva will be accomplished. Thus, it praises the longevity practice and the substance of nectar. It is also very good to place it in the essence of the auspicious treasure vase. In general, to briefly describe the method of preparing these well-mixed and practiced pills, first, for pledges, exchanges, and examinations, gather reliable, clean, pure, and unadulterated sources, identifying each without error. Those that should be washed are washed with purifying and stain-removing bathwater and dried in the shade. For others, also perform standard purification baths and incense offerings with mantras for dispelling shadows, etc., with complete faith. Then, grind the types of stone, wood, and herbal medicines into fine powder and filter them through a fine sieve. Those with high oil content and moisture should be ground for a long time. When mixing and grinding musk and sandalwood-like medicinal herbs, mix them during grinding.
