融入心间。 诸佛之心与自心， 无别一体而安住。如此念诵，思其义，专注清晰，念三遍等。前方的资粮田化为光，融入无量光佛。 其自身也融入，自身也，光融于无分别的法界。如此念诵，佛、本尊、自心三者无别融合的状态中安住。 再次，自己刹那间，化为无量光佛之身。如是，广则念诵《普贤行愿品》全部，若不能，则念诵“诸佛刹土庄严清净”等愿文，心中忆念极乐世界，于不离此状态中入睡。如此不执着地修习之利益是：如此则不会生病和受邪魔侵扰，临终时没有痛苦，中阴时能被度母摄受，来世获得解脱。如是说。 这是曼殊觉萨所说。吉祥！ ༈ 白度母的日常瑜伽极简法在此。 皈依三宝。 为利有情而修圣度母。 嗡 梭巴瓦 协达 萨瓦 达玛 梭巴瓦 协多 昂 (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷསརྦ་དྷརྨ་སྭ་བྷ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོཉཧཾ།，梵文天城体： ॐ स्वभाव शुद्ध सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'ham，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净，一切法，自性清净，我)。从空性中，莲花月轮之上，自心吽字变化，成为圣度母，身色洁白，右手施胜印，左手持乌巴拉花，寂静微笑，七眼充满智慧，以绸缎和珍宝为饰，依靠月亮靠背，双足金刚跏趺坐。显空双运，心间八辐白色的轮，具有五层轮圈，中间是 ཏཱཾ༔ (藏文：ཏཱཾ༔，梵文天城体：ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当)，周围环绕咒语，前方是 ཨོཾ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡)，后方是 ཧཱ (藏文：ཧཱ，梵文天城体：हा，梵文罗马拟音：hā，汉语字面意思：哈)字，八辐上是 ཏཱ་རེ་ (藏文：ཏཱ་རེ་，梵文天城体：तारे，梵文罗马拟音：tāre，汉语字面意思：达热)等八个字，周围是元音和辅音，本尊心咒，以及五彩光芒的念珠环绕。光芒四射，轮回和涅槃的精华，汇聚融入自身。寿命、福德、智慧，殊胜成就增长广大。嗡 达热 德达热 德热 玛玛 阿玉 布涅 嘉那 布真 咕如 梭哈 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་པུཎྱེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཎྚི་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे मम आयुः पुण्य ज्ञान पुष्टिं कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyuḥ puṇya jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 达热 德达热 德热 赐予我 寿命 福德 智慧 增长 梭哈)。尽力念诵后，善哉！如意宝轮成就，利益众生。彼之，长命百岁等语。此乃钦哲旺波所著，善妙吉祥！ ༈ 顶礼

Thinking about the meaning of these words, focus clearly and definitely, repeating three times, etc. The field of merit in front dissolves into light, merging into Amitabha. That too, one's own self-dissolving nature, also dissolves into the expanse of light, free from elaboration. Saying this, remain in the state where the Buddha, the Yidam, and one's own mind are inseparably mixed. Again, instantly transform oneself into the body of Amitabha. Thus, extensively recite the entire "Samantabhadra's Prayer of Good Conduct," or if unable, recite prayers such as "May the Buddhafields be pure and beautiful," and go to sleep in a state of inseparable mindfulness of the Pure Land of Sukhavati. The benefits of meditating in this way without attachment are: In this way, illness and evil spirits will not arise, there will be no suffering at the time of death, the Bardo will be taken care of by Tara, and in the future, liberation will be attained. Thus it is said. This was said by Manjushrikirti. Shubham! ༈ A very condensed daily yoga of White Tara is presented here. I take refuge in the Three Jewels. From the state of emptiness, on top of a lotus and moon disc, the syllable Hūṃ of one's own mind transforms into the Holy Mother Tara, her body color white, her right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity, her left holding an Utpala flower, with a peaceful smile, beautiful with seven eyes of wisdom, adorned with silks and precious jewels, relying on a moon backrest, her two feet in the vajra posture. The union of appearance and emptiness, at her heart is a white eight-spoked wheel, with five layers of circles, in the middle is Tāṃ (藏文：ཏཱཾ༔，梵文天城体：ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当), surrounded by mantras, in front is Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡), behind is the syllable Hā (藏文：ཧཱ，梵文天城体：हा，梵文罗马拟音：hā，汉语字面意思：哈), on the eight spokes are the eight syllables beginning with Tāre (藏文：ཏཱ་རེ་，梵文天城体：तारे，梵文罗马拟音：tāre，汉语字面意思：达热), surrounded by vowels and consonants, the heart mantra of the deity, and a rosary of five-colored light. Rays of light radiate, gathering the essence of samsara and nirvana, dissolving into oneself.
