讲述了夜叉和水灾的怖畏不能侵袭，以及脱离国王惩罚的故事后，宣说了书写轮法的仪轨及利益，守护的仪轨、明咒及利益，以及治疗疾病的仪轨及利益。如此这般，在明咒三部中的第一部分，无论哪位大婆罗门，如果按照仪轨书写了这部明妃大随求母，并佩戴在手臂或颈项上，应当了知此人已受到所有如来的加持。应当了知此人是所有如来的身。应当了知此人是金刚身。应当了知此人是所有如来的舍利心髓。应当了知此人是所有如来的眼睛。应当了知此人是金刚大身。应当了知此人具有燃烧发光的身体。应当了知此人具有不可摧毁的仪轨。应当了知此人能彻底摧毁一切怨敌。应当了知此人能摧毁一切业障和罪恶。应当了知此人能清净地狱有情。如是结尾，在广说比丘脱离恶趣之理的结尾处说：彼时彼处，在那些人的，靠近国王宫殿的地方，在那土堆的周围，看见充满了火焰。在一个尸体的颈项上，也看见佩戴着随求母。天、龙、乾闼婆和，夜叉、罗刹、非人等，从各方围绕着，做着无上的供养。对此，那些夜叉，命名为随求母的土堆。如是宣说。又，那个造作各种罪恶的比丘，被严重的死亡疾病所侵袭时，一位居士书写了这部随求母，并佩戴在他的颈项上，疾病立即平息。他极其专注地安住于正念，当他死亡时，立即因罪恶的力量而转生到无间地狱。尸体被放置在一个土堆上，由于颈项上佩戴着的随求母的加持力，无间地狱的火焰自然熄灭，所有地狱有情都变得安乐。之后，阎罗卒们向法王禀告了此事。

It should be known that he is the eye of all the Tathāgatas. It should be known that he is the body of the Great Vajra. It should be known that he possesses a burning, radiant body. It should be known that he has an indestructible ritual. It should be known that he utterly destroys all enemies. It should be known that he destroys all obscurations and sins. It should be known that he purifies the beings who go to hell. Thus concluding, at the end of the extensive explanation of how a Bhikshu is liberated from the lower realms, it is said: At that time, in that place, near the palace of the king, around that mound, they saw it filled with flames. On the neck of a corpse, they also saw the Following Mother being worn. Gods, Nagas, Gandharvas, Yakshas, Rakshasas, and non-humans, surrounded it from all directions, making supreme offerings. To this, those Yakshas gave the name 'Mound of the Following Mother'. Thus it was said. Moreover, when that Bhikshu who committed various sins was afflicted by a severe fatal disease, a lay devotee wrote this Following Mother and wore it on his neck, and the disease immediately subsided. He remained very close to mindfulness, and when he died, he immediately, due to the power of his sins, was born in the Avīci hell. The corpse was placed on a mound, and by the blessing of the Following Mother worn on his neck, the flames of Avīci hell naturally subsided, and all hell beings became happy. Then, the servants of Yama reported this to the King of Dharma.
