Please protect us from all great fears, from all demons, and from all epidemics. Please cut off all harm from the magical spells performed by others. Please bind them. Please subdue them with the phurba. And please purify all sins and obscurations, and ultimately grant us the state of perfect Buddhahood. Thus, make supplications and contemplate that the Bhagavati resides in her abode, performing the work of protection. To pacify the fear of enemies, thieves, robbers, and bandits, offer a torma to the Noble Marici: In the space in front, within a stupa, on a lotus and moon seat, from a yellow cow, arises the yellow Marici, adorned with a stupa on her head. She has three faces, the right one white, the left one a black pig face. With six hands, in the right hands she holds an arrow and a vajra, in the left hands a bow, a rope, and a branch of the Ashoka tree with leaves and flowers. She wears a blue lower garment and a bright upper garment. She is adorned with various precious ornaments. Her right leg is bent, and her left leg is extended, sitting on a yellow pig. She is surrounded by a multitude of yellow pigs. There is also White Marici. Ashoka Marici. Born from conceptual thought. Vajradhatvishvari. Oddiyana. The lineage of blessings. Red Picuma, with three faces and ten hands, holding needles and threads. And surrounded by Arkama Si and others. On the crowns of all of them are Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡). At their throats are Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊). At their hearts are Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). In the center of the heart, on a moon, is Oṃ (藏文：ཨོྃ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡). From that, light radiates. Invite the deity Marici and her retinue. Invite the wisdom beings with "Vajra samāja (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samāja)". Merge the wisdom beings with "Jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ (藏文：ཛཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ)". Cross the thumbs and bend the tips of the index fingers together. Join the middle fingers. The rest are like a vajra mudra. Place the samaya mudra of the Bhagavati towards the direction of sight, or on the heart, between the eyebrows, on the throat, or on the crown of the head, to stabilize it. Again, place the same mudra on the crown of the head, and with the empowerment mantra "Oṃ bhu khaṃ aṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷུ་ཁཾ་ཨཾ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhu khaṃ aṃ)", seal the crown of the head with the seal of Vairochana. Recite as much as possible. In the meantime, focusing on the obstructing obstacles and the torma, make a wrathful fist with the right hand.

Firstly, dispel obstacles with "Om Marichi Hum Sarva Bighnan Nuda Sarva Ya Hum Phet". Purify and bless with Svabhava, etc. Bless by reciting "Torma Hum". Om Marichi Argham Pratichchha Svaha. Likewise, transform the recitation, as well as Pungge, etc. Torma. Om Kha Kha Khahi Khahi. Tro Trintsa Trintsa Sarva Bodhi Kapali Mama Shantam Kuru Svaha. Offer in this way. Whoever holds and remembers your name, all unfavorable aspects will be completely eliminated, bestowing glory of both worldly and transcendental realms. I prostrate and praise the noble Marichi. Thus praise. Pray that all sins and obscurations of myself and all sentient beings may be purified, and that we may be protected from all fears, including the harm of the mantra of the subtle mother, and that we may attain Buddhahood. Thus pray. To increase life and merit, offering the Torma to the Namgyalma: In the space in front, within the wide mandala of the stupa of Namgyalma, on a lotus and moon cushion, visualize from the mind: Namgyalma, with three faces of white, yellow, and blue, and eight arms. In the right hands are various vajras, Amitabha on a white lotus, an arrow, and the boon-granting mudra. In the left hands are a lasso, a bow, the protection-granting mudra, and holding an nectar vase. Each face has three eyes, with a peaceful, smiling, and graceful demeanor, adorned with silks and jewels, seated in vajra posture. At the three places (forehead, throat, heart), establish Om Ah Hum respectively. In the center of the heart, on the moon, is a white Hum. On the forehead is a yellow Tam. In the navel is a red Hri. On both thighs are green Om Ah. Adorned with the crown of Vairochana. The light from the heart invites the wisdom being. Dza Hum Bam Ho. Become inseparable. The seed syllable at the heart is surrounded by a garland of mantras, and its light grants the accomplishment of life, merit, and wisdom. Om Hum Svaha. Om Amrita Ayur Dade Svaha. Recite in this way. Offer with Om Uttishta Vijaya Argham, etc. The giver of immortal life, the increaser of all desired merit, the giver of the glory of supreme wisdom, I prostrate to Namgyalma. Thus praise. Add the syllable Ah at the end of the mantra, and offer the Torma, make offerings and praises.
