The master is the main deity of the mandala, and the disciples are manifested as the form of the retinue, so that the sound of the indestructible Dharma constantly and perpetually arises, and so on. Just as the teacher Vajradhara turns the wheel of Dharma in the great Akanishta, the appearance is taken as the path for teaching and learning. Finally, dedication and aspirations should be made according to the circumstances. Second, in order to purify the teachings completely, when the debaters, witnesses, etc. of the opposition appear and gather, the objects to be measured—the three types of direct perception, hidden, and extremely hidden—are measured well by the three types of measuring instruments—direct perception, inference, and scriptural authority. The result is that the teachings are accomplished by the skillful debater who establishes his own position, refutes the other's position, and removes the thorns of the signs he has promised. Third, when the text to be composed has been heard from a lineage-holding lama and one's own research on both words and meanings has been thoroughly completed, in order to make the teachings last long, it is started with auspicious words and prostrations. Interest is aroused by the purpose, the basis is grasped by the summary, the words and meanings are explained in detail, and the context is connected by the previous and subsequent connections. Or there is an actual debater, or it is introduced from the necessity, and the difficult points are also determined by questions and answers. Conclude with dedication, aspiration, auspicious words, and colophon. Even if it is a small text like a sadhana and a secret instruction, it is started with praise, and the subject matter is divided into sections and explained so that the meaning is easy to understand and easy to practice. Finally, it should be adorned and composed with dedication, aspiration, colophon, etc., as appropriate. Relying on the feast of good exposition in this way, by earnestly adopting the means by which the precious teachings of teaching and practice will last long, the auspiciousness of benefit and happiness in the world will always increase. Thus, by practicing the extensive, medium, and concise Dharma practices of time and routine, and the essential condensed method, without interruption, the accumulation of skillful merit increases greatly, and based on this, the accumulation of skillful wisdom arises completely, so that the three realms of the Dharma King of the union of the two bodies are quickly attained.
