The order of the fish torma. Giving food to cows: Visualize yourself as White Tara, holding a rosary and a trident, riding a white cow. In front, the white cow's Hum syllable transforms into Vajrasattva. Around the cows, visualize dakinis, rakshasa women, and wrathful mothers. The boundaries here are visualized as the nature of lionesses, tigresses, she-wolves, and female owls. The food and drink, starting from Om Ah Ah. Om Ah Sah Ha. A ka ro mu kham sarva dharma na ni a dya nu tra na na tva ta Om Ah Hum Phat Svaha. Bless with this. Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. Offer food with this. May all sentient beings have happiness! May all sentient beings be without harm! Whatever path leads to liberation, may they quickly attain enlightenment! Make aspirations like this. Release with MU. The ritual of the cow torma that is used in the fields. Giving food to ants: Visualize yourself as the Nirmanakaya form of Bhagavan Amitabha. The ants in front are visualized as Arya Avalokiteshvara, with a red body, the right hand granting boons, and the left hand holding a golden lotus, with a matted hair topknot, adorned with silk and jewels, transforming into countless forms. The food is transformed into nectar with Om Ah Hum, and by offering it, contemplate that the mindstream is completely filled with uncontaminated great bliss. Om Arya Lokeshvara Imambalinda Gribta Kha Kha Khahi Khahi, offer like this. Holding the form of youth, a beautiful body, hands adorned with fresh lotuses, the great treasure of compassion, Avalokiteshvara, I bow to the protector. And, may the precious Bodhicitta, those not born, arise; and those born not decline, but increase higher and higher. Make aspirations like this, and with MU, visualize them returning to their own place. The ant torma that is used in the water. Similarly, when giving food to any kind of living being, visualize yourself clearly as the deity, and by the light of the seed syllable at your heart touching them, instantly visualize them as the form of any deity such as Avalokiteshvara. Bless the food with Om Ah Hum as the nectar of wisdom, and after offering it, visualize them being satisfied with uncontaminated great bliss, and then give it, and finally, also dedicate the merit.

Also, when discarding saliva, recite: OM AGLÉ ZLANA ĀHARE SVĀHĀ! May those who feed on saliva be satisfied! Recite and strike the hand drum. Similarly, for phlegm, recite: OM ĀṬHAKHRER ĀHARE SVĀHĀ! May those who feed on phlegm be satisfied! For snot, recite: OM ĀŚRĪ GHANI KĀ ĀHARE SVĀHĀ! For all the body's impurities, recite: OM ĀṬHAM LA ĀHARE BHUSVĀHĀ! For feces, recite: OM ĀBIṢṬA ĀHARE SVĀHĀ! For urine, recite: OM ĀMUTRA ĀHARE SVĀHĀ! May those who feed on these be satisfied! Recite and strike the hand drum. The merit accumulated by giving in this way should be dedicated to the enlightenment of all sentient beings, and it is said that this is the "uninterrupted remnant food torma," which brings great benefit. Seventh, accumulating merit: In general, it is said that there are countless ways to accumulate merit. Most of the upper and lower offerings and torma rituals are accumulation rituals. In particular, it is taught in both Sutra and Tantra, and the supreme mandala offering ritual for accumulating merit, which the holy ones have made their heart practice. In detail, set up a mandala for practice on a platform in front, generate the assembly field of samaya beings with your own yidam as the main one, bless the three places, invite the wisdom beings to descend, empower and seal with the family lord's seal, and make offerings and praises as appropriate. Then, offer the mandala in detail and count the number. Finally, pray for what you want, confess your faults. If the wisdom beings have a support, then perform the stable abiding ritual, and if not, send them back. Gather the samaya beings back into yourself. Make dedication and auspicious prayers. Briefly, visualize the merit field as a refuge, and offer seven-heap mandalas, twenty-three-heap mandalas, thirty-seven-heap mandalas, etc. If even more briefly, in front of the merit field residing throughout space, recite the prayer that Atisha summarized the meaning of the Moon Treasury Sutra into verses: "The ground is anointed with fragrant water and strewn with flowers, Mount Meru, the four continents, adorned with the sun and moon. By offering this, visualizing it as a Buddha-field, May all beings enjoy the pure realm. OM GURU SARVA TATHĀGATA SAPARIWARE BHYA RATNA MANDALA PUJA MEGHA SAMUDRA SPARANA SAMAYE AH HUM. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་རེ་བྷྱརཏྣ་མཎྜལ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྤ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ गुरु सर्व तथागत सपरिवारे भ्य रत्न मण्डल पूज मेघ समुद्र स्परण समय आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ guru sarva tathāgata saparivāre bhya ratna maṇḍala pūja megha samudra sparaṇa samaye āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Guru All Tathagata Retinue Jewel Mandala Puja Cloud Ocean Fulfilling Samaya Ah Hum.)" Or recite the prayer said to be from the Tantra section, and adorned with the oral transmission of the previous lamas: Transforming one's own and others' body, speech, and mind, and enjoyments into
