Thinking of the assembly of all Buddha-children as completely perfect, recite "Om Dharma Rate Svaha," extracting it from the vastness, and believing it to be the essence of the Dharmakaya. Recite "Om Supratistha Vajraya Svaha" to invite them to abide. Recite "Om Sarva Tathagata Mani Sata Didde Jwala Jwala Dhama Dhatu Gandhe Svaha" to firmly establish them. Recite "Om Akasha Dhatu Gandhe Svaha," asking for forgiveness, and do likewise for everything. This is the ritual for erecting a stupa. ༈ Then, visualize yourself as the deity of your chosen yidam. "Om Abhighna Krit Hum Phet" to purify obstacles. This is the supreme and glorious bath, the unsurpassed water of compassion, the water of blessing and wisdom, please grant the desired accomplishments. Recite "Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka Te Samaya Shriye Hum" to offer the bath. These are incomparable garments for the body, the body is wiped with pure and fragrant substances. Recite "Om Hum Hum Hum Ahkaya Vishodhane Svaha" to wipe the body. Recite "Om Svabhava," etc., transforming into emptiness. From emptiness, upon a vast and expansive jeweled throne supported by lions, on a lotus arising from "Pam," on a moon disc arising from "Ah," above them, the stupa arising from "Om," all are transformed into the Bhagavan Vairochana, body color white, making the supreme mudra of enlightenment, seated in the vajra posture, adorned with silk and various jewels. At his forehead is Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡), at his throat is Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿), and at his heart is Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), thus generating the deity. After praying thus, the wrathful ones dispel obstacles, the Tathagatas intend to bestow empowerment, the Bodhisattvas utter auspicious words, and the consorts are preparing the feast of offerings. The mothers of the Tathagatas bestow complete empowerment with vases filled with the nectar stream of the nature of the five wisdoms, jeweled crowns, vajra bells, and name empowerments, and so on. Empowerment Vase, The great Vajra is, Worshipped by the three realms, The three secrets of all Buddhas, Born from the place, may it be given. Oṃ āvajra udaka abhiṣiñca hūṃ surata hūṃ āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka-ta samaya śrīye hūṃ. Head Ornament, Oṃ hūṃ traṃ hrīḥ o vajra mukuṭa abhiṣiñca surata cā āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra dorje, abhiṣeka-ta samaya śrīye hūṃ. Oṃ vajra bell, adhipati sva abhiṣiñca mi tiṣṭha vajra samaya hūṃ. Oṃ name vajrasattva cā abhiṣiñca mi vajra nāma abhiṣeka-ta kye pal nampar nangdze do. Thus empowered. Purify impurities. From the remaining water that gushes upwards, the head is adorned with the form of the emanation of Vairochana. Omniscient, possessing the eye of wisdom, free from faults, With reverence, the eyes of the noble ones are opened, May all sentient beings who reach the end of space, Obtain the wisdom eye of the Buddha. Oṃ caka cakṣa saman cakā biśodhani svāhā, thus opening the eyes. From the deities generated, the stupa of the Dharmakaya is completely perfected, all qualities are complete. Thus turning the face. Until all sentient beings equal to the extent of space are not placed on the ground of non-abiding nirvana, I pray that you remain without passing into nirvana. In particular, I pray that until these stupas are not destroyed by the harm of the four great elements, the wisdom holders remain steadfastly, acting as the protector, refuge, and supreme ally of myself and all sentient beings.
