དུད་རྩི་ཡིས། ། ཤིས་པའི་པདྨོ་ལྷག་པར་རྒྱས་མཛོད་ཀྱེ། །ཞེས་ལྷག་བསམ་དག་པས་རྩེ་གཅིག་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་མཚོན་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་ལྷ་གོས་རབ་དཀར། སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྣང་བརྙན། རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་བུམ་བཟང་བཅུད་ཀྱིས་གང་བ། མདུན་ལྕོག །དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཕྲེང་བ་རྒྱན་ལྡན་བཅས་གུས་པས་ཕུལ་བ་དེ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །སརྦ་དཱ་ཤེ་ཡོ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ། ༈ །ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་བི་ཛ་ཡནྟུ། ཕན་བདེའི་དགེ་མཚན་རྟག་པ་དམ་པའི་དཔྱིད། །ཚེ་མཐའ་ཡས་པའི་ཕྱག་གི་བུམ་བཟང་ནས། །འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩི་ཁྱོད་ལ་དབང་བསྐུར་བས། །ཐར་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་བསྐལ་བརྒྱར་བརྟན་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཕྱོགས་ལས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཕན་བདེའི་དབྱིངས། །གཙུག་ཏོར་ཆེན་པོས་མིག་གི་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་པས། །ཀློག་དང་འཆད་པའི་སྨྲ་བ་བཟང་པོ་ཡིས། །རྟག་ཏུ་རིམ་དགུའི་ལེགས་ཚོགས་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཡིད་བཞིན་འདོད་པ་འཇོ་བའི་འཁོར་ལོ་བྱིན། །ཕན་དང་བདེ་བའི་རྗེས་སོང་གང་ཐུགས་དང་། །དབྱེར་མེད་འདྲེས་པའི་སྐལ་པ་བཟང་པོ་ཡིས། །དོན་གཉིས་འགྲུབ་པའི་དགའ་སྟོན་འཕེལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་ལྷ་རྫས་དང་། །འཆི་མེད་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྣང་བརྙན། དཔལ་ལྡན་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་རྫ་ས་བཅས་འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་ཆེད་དུ་བརྗོད་པ་དེ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུབ་པར་བླ་མ་རྒྱལ་བ་ སྲས་དང་བཅས་པས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། ༈ །ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་སིདྡྷཾ། ཐུབ་དབང་མི་ཡི་སེང་གེ་སྲས་བཅས་ཀྱིས། །ཡེ་ཤེས་གཟིགས་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་མཚན་དཔེའི་ཕུལ། །གང་གིས་མཐོང་བས་ཐར་བདེའི་དོན་ལྡན་པའི། །ཕྲིན་ལས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་ན་སྣང་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའང་འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་སིདྡྷི་རསྟུ། ༈ །བསོད་ནམས་རྒྱུ་ལས་འབྲས་བུའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་བརྙེས། །སྒྲིབ་པ་ཀུན་བསལ་རྟོགས་པའི་ཕུལ་ཕྱིན་ཀྱང་། །སྙིང་རྗེའི་ཕྱི་བཞིན་འགྲོ་བའི་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེ། །རིག་འཛིན་སྤྲུལ་པའི་གར་མཁན་ག་ལ་བར། །གང་ཚེ་འདས་པའི་དུས་ན་སྔོན། །སྟོང་གསུམ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཤར་གྱི་ཕྱོགས། །འོད་མ་རྒྱ་འབྱམས་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ། །སྟོན་པ་ཤེས་རབ་རྒྱས་བྱེད་བྱུང་། །དེ་ནས་གཡུང་དྲུང་སེམས་དཔའ་ནི། །ཁྲི་དང་དྲུག་སྟོང་འདུས་པའི་ཕུལ། །རྒྱལ་སྲས་འ་ཞ་དོན་ལྡན་པ། །རིགས་མཆོག་ཡོངས་སུ་སད་པ་ཡོད། །དེར་ནི་གཤེན་རྒྱལ་མི་བོ་ཆེ། །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་འོད་ཀྱི་རླབས་སྤྲོས་པས། །པདྨའི་དྲི་ལ་བུང་བ་བཞི

With pure intention, single-mindedly praying, symbolizing auspiciousness, the pure white divine garment, the manifestations of body, speech, and mind vajra, the precious vase filled with essence, the offering table, and the garland of vows with ornaments, respectfully offered, please bless that it may be accomplished as it is. Sarva dā śe yo bhava tu. May there be auspiciousness! Om Swasti Vijayantu. The sacred spring of constant benefit and happiness, From the vase in the hand of limitless life, By empowering you with the nectar of immortality, May the victory banner of liberation be firm for hundreds of kalpas. The realm of benefit and happiness that completely triumphs over all directions, By the great crown bestowing the supreme gift of sight, With the good speech of reading and explaining, May the accumulation of goodness of the nine stages always increase! May the wish-fulfilling wheel that grants desires be given, Whatever follows your mind with benefit and happiness, With the good fortune of inseparable union, May the feast of accomplishing both purposes increase! Thus, the auspicious divine substances, and the manifestations of the immortal body, speech, and mind vajra, the glorious immortal longevity vase, etc., especially spoken by Khyentse Wangpo, the servant who pleases Jamyang Lama, may the Lama and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas bless it to be accomplished as it is.
