And, fifteen loads of gold were offered. He stayed for two years. A stupa and Dharma wheel were built. At the age of fifty-eight, in the Wood Pig year (1755), he went to Kyirong in Mangyul (present-day Kyirong County, Tibet). He met with Drukpa Rinpoche. He extensively bestowed empowerments, instructions, and guidance, etc. He left footprints on a stone. While residing in the Accomplishment Cave, a large stone, about the size of a small house, rolled down onto the Drukpa's tent. He pointed a threatening finger at it, and the stone immediately rolled away, etc., displaying many miraculous powers of a great accomplished one. In the middle of autumn that year, from the beginning of the ninth month, he became seriously ill. Afterwards, regarding all matters, he gave written instructions and a will. "What do you see?" he asked. "All my perceptions appear only as the arrangement of the Sukhavati realm," etc. In the midst of boundless pure visions, on the day of the gathering of red-sided dakinis, in the glorious Abhirati realm, he merged into the heart of the primordial Lord Vajrasattva, demonstrating the manner of becoming one taste. Thereafter, according to the master's own instructions, the offering director Tenzin Dorje and others also successfully completed the restoration of the Nepalese stupa. Palwo Tulku Dorje Tsuklak Gawa, the chief of the heart-sons who had been empowered as the great regent by the supreme Vidyadhara, came and performed the consecration ceremony. The remains of the great Vidyadhara master were cremated at Mount Palbar in Mangyul (present-day Kyirong County, Tibet), and the ashes were placed inside a five-cubit wide and ten-cubit high Bodhi stupa built with good stones. At the vase-door, facing Ngayabling, is placed a one-cubit high, fully painted stone statue of Guru Dorje Draktsal (Tibetan), Vajrakilaya (literal Chinese meaning) and his consort. Situ Rinpoche from Kham offered fifteen sangs of gold as an offering for the stupa, etc., and a Dharma wheel parasol, a fine gilded copper parasol, and an outer residence, including a Chinese-style roof and tiles, as well as wind chimes, offerings, etc., were all complete. The doorkeeper is a statue of the Indian Jomo guardian deity. The surrounding ground was paved with stone slabs, etc., and it was built very beautifully, symbolizing the vast offerings that fulfilled his wishes. This master devoted his entire life mainly to the three studies of listening, contemplation, and meditation, and the three activities of teaching, debating, and writing.
