Among what is known as the Shar ma pho lineage, the Lamdre Spangje lineage is: Seuton's brother, Jekhungbu Shama Chokyi Gyalpo, of Shama. He transmitted it to Se Gom Drak Kyap and Shama Tsindra. Spangje Nyima Drak and Je Mar Jowa both requested it from those two. Earlier, it flourished through the requests of Zangphukpa and others. The Lamdre Manglam lineage is: From Shama Tsindri, Manglam Joten Senge Zangpo, or Jangchub Zangpo, or the spiritual friend known as the yogi Kye'yi Dorje, requested and meditated, attained accomplishment, and also made many texts. Thirdly, in the mixed lineage, the Lamdre Kagya Ma or Chagan lineage is: From the Sarma lineage of Kunkhyen Puhrangpa Sangye Drak, a student of Sachen, and from Machik Shama, Zhangre, Manglam, Zhikpo, Nyangre, both the Machik and Shama lineages were requested and meditated upon by Lama Chaganpa Wangchuk Gyaltsen, resulting in the arising of experience and realization, and he made extensive texts. Seuton relied on the emanation Tongwa, mixed the Shar, Drom, and Sa traditions, and composed the Vajra Verses Root Commentary. Later, it flourished through the requests of Drak Kha Drakpa Senge and others. The Wanggyal lineage is: Wanggyal of Lato Nyos, a student of Jonang Kunpang Chenpo, listened to the Lamdre of the Shar tradition, mixed it with the Six Yogas, and made a great fabrication that did not match any of the previous Lamdre. The Lamdre Lhegom lineage is: Pel Talpukpa, a student of Sachen, and the teacher Jowo, a close student of Sachen, requested it from Lhegom Rinpoche. Through meditation, inconceivable experiences arose. He composed a medium-length Lamdre text, which was mostly in accordance with the Sarma tradition. He gave this to Tulku Tsondu, and it developed slightly. The Lamdre Phagdru lineage is: Phagmo Drupa relied on Sachen for 12 years, received the oral instructions, and composed the work known as "The Treasury of Explanations."
