The three "Po" lineages mainly flourished, making it eight lineages in total. Regarding the Mother Tantra side, the empowerment and instructions of the Four Seats lineage appeared during the time of Lotsawa Duschung (lo chen dus cung zad). It was founded by Gaya Dhara and his sons, and widely propagated by Mar and Gos. The Great Illusion Network (Sgyu 'phrul chen mo) is similar to this. Gyijo Dawö (gyi jo zla 'od) of Sangye Töpa (sangs rgyas thod pa) translated and explained the tantras, and it also flourished from Mar, Gos, and others. As for Chakrasamvara, in the early period of the later dissemination, Jowo Je gave it to Lotsawa and Rongpa Bardge, among others. Lotsawa and Gos listened to and translated empowerments, tantras, and instructions from many panditas. Later, Jowo also gave it to Nagtso. Lokya Sherab Tseg (klog skya shes rab brtsegs) heard it from Phamthingpa in Nepal, and Mallo Lodrö Drak (mal lo blo gros grags) heard it from both Phamthingpa, and the lineage was transmitted to the Sakya school. Marpa heard many Chakrasamvara instructions from Naropa. Marpa Dopa relied on many of Naropa's disciples, such as Nakashri, and his disciples, such as Zepa Lodan, widely propagated these lineages. Mallo Tsawa was intoxicated by the nectar of teaching to the sangha and disciples, and this system is adorned with the famous saying, "Yoga Secret Boundary." Furthermore, from the Phamthingpa brothers, Puhang Lochung, who is said to have gone to the realm of the Dakinis, and Nyölo, among others, heard various lineages. The Chakrasamvara Dakini Ocean lineage was fully heard by Sumbha Lotsawa Palchok Dorje from Pandit Jaya Sena, and it was transmitted to the Sakya school, and so on. There is also the empowerment of its Mother Tantra, known as the "Phagmo Lhaso Dünma," and the tradition of recitation and practice. In particular, the tradition of the six doctrines known as "Phagmo Zhungdruk" flourished from Ngoklo, Rawalo, Khunizo, and Nubton, among others. The three related Dakini practices were transmitted to the Sakya school. In addition, there are lineages transmitted from Marpa, and so on. Regarding the Father Tantra of glorious Hevajra, it is known in India as six or seven great traditions, and there are generally about twelve founders. Among them, Drokmi from Gaya Dhara, Goslo from Nagpopa, Marpa from Naropa, and Setsa Sonam Gyaltsen heard the teachings of Naropa from Phamthingpa, and so on, and propagated them, but

The Chowo tradition widely spread because Marpa entrusted the teachings to Me and Ngok. In particular, the lineage of explanations and instructions transmitted from Drogmi Lotsawa was poured into the heart-ocean of the Sakya fathers and sons, causing waves of teaching and practice to ripple in all directions. The non-dual Kalachakra Tantra was initially translated by Pandit Shri Bhadra Bodhi and Gyijo Lotsawa. The Gyijo tradition, transmitted from the four great disciples including Khrom Lotsawa Padma, and the Dro tradition, propagated by Dro Lotsawa after hearing it from Kashmiri Chandragomin, the Tsami tradition, where Tsami Sangye Drak heard it from the Kalachakrapada and taught it to Dralo and others, and the Ra tradition, where Ra Chorab heard it from the Nepalese Pandit Samantashri, as well as the Panchen tradition, the Chak tradition, and the Shavaripa's instruction tradition, and many others arose. The key instructions of these traditions mainly focus on the Six-Branch Yoga, which also has about seventeen different traditions. Later, although Bu and Dol became the masters of the teachings, in this regard, the one who bestowed the greatest kindness through both teaching and practice is none other than the omniscient Jonangpa himself. Consistent with this, the 'Ugyen Approach and Accomplishment,' which the accomplished Ugyenpa directly heard from Vajrayogini in the emanation realm of Dhamathala, was also transmitted through the prophesied by the deity, realized Kharchupa, Omniscient Rangjungpa, Realized Dawa Senge, Palden Puhrapa, Jetsun Zurphukpa, and others, and was also heard by many authoritative individuals such as Lama Dampa Sonam Gyaltsen and Omniscient Buton Rinpoche. The above is a brief description of the way the tantras are mainly taught. As for the practice lineage that mainly focuses on instructions, the Lamdre with its fruit was initially established by Gayadhara, propagated by Drogmi and his disciples in the middle, and clearly elucidated by the Sakya fathers and sons in the end. It is said that about eighteen different old and new traditions arose within it, but most of them do not seem to have become very widespread. The Zhama tradition and the Sa tradition are the two most prosperous. The Sakya tradition is still held by the five Sakya patriarchs, the three Ngor Dzong brothers, and the holders of the whispered lineage, Tsarchen fathers and sons.
