In the splendor of emerging light, May the celebration of the perfect new year be filled with joy. Such earnest entreaties, expressed in words, The fragrance of the essence of virtue, Accompanied by the winds of Malaya, the sacred site, Spreads to attend and honor your feet. Or rather, with the fire of sorrow in the hearts of adversaries, Though intensely afflicted, regarding subjects as the essence of life, With the white fame moistened by the nectar of loving-kindness, Spreading in all directions, before you, With the generosity of virtue and unyielding courage, The inexhaustible treasure of the Anavatapta, shedding many precious particles, Seeing it fills the heart with endless joy, Offering and subsequently praising these words. This land, together with the mountains, all that supports and is supported, Whose arms hold it, what is there to marvel at? For the sake of manifesting as a Bodhisattva, a sprout of humanity, Is it not elevated by the wealth of the Dharma of liberation? Furthermore, to offer to a small kingdom that cherishes its own territory with love and rests in the shade of the white umbrella of the great lord of the land: The spring when the fruits of good deeds and merit ripen, suspecting it to be a new mango of wealth. Skilled in protecting the shade of one's own loving community, in front of that holder of the essence of the good land, in what way, the good and melodious Udumbara flower, the doe-eyed woman with her head adorned, steals my steadfast heart, and at the same time, offers a string of words of supplication. From the joy of the flourishing of the tender branches of leisure, ripened by the warmth and moisture of the two accumulations, whatever enjoys the good fruits of the four classes, rejoices in the enjoyment of the two systems. Here, although there is no distinction between the qualities of politics and peace, the grace of the Three Jewels, a fragment of wealth, is free from the suffering of scarcity because it is cherished in the heart. In the coming rainy season, also from the pure reservoir of water, take the great Cintamani (སྒོ་གསུམ་ཙིནྟ་མ་ཎི，त्रिमणि，trimani，三寶) of the three doors, and together with bestowing the desired benefits and happiness, please make the dependent subjects as stable as spring. Thus, from the spring of a pure mind, the newly born Kundaka flower of rhetoric, together with the offering of beautiful clothes with the luster of the moon, smiles in front of the one who protects the country with strength. Like this, one should know how to apply it according to the status of the object of offering. To the great king who brings peace to the great earth with the strength of the two systems, if one is to offer to a great minister of the decree who turns the wheel of the law with vast wisdom: The wonderful great Brahma of the earth, possessing the splendor of a hundred religious and political regulations, because of the power of impartial wisdom, is skilled in grasping, in front of that turner of the wheel of the law of the two systems, whatever his good deeds are, are widely spread, and his fame is like nectar, a brother of the fence. For a long time, with the coolness drunk by the ears, extremely intoxicated, offers a joyful supplication. The face is adorned with a golden net of merit, and the vase of impartial wisdom is high. Whatever is able to bear the heavy burden of the many jewels of the two laws, is certainly the supreme of the two unprecedented drinkers. Therefore, the three doors
