Tie it around the neck and be careful in your movements. If the hand is dislocated, place it straight on a flat surface and step on it with your foot to indicate repositioning. If the ankle is dislocated, straighten it from the dislocated area as before and press it in. The same method is used to press in a dislocated knee. After that, perform amputation, rinsing, and other treatments. If the penis is dislocated, light tobacco in the nostrils. If numbness is felt, repositioning is certain. For water leakage, after the water becomes hot, only using five-leaf rose bark is very effective. For treating smallpox, first use medicines to treat plague and perform plague adhesion therapy. After the plague is relieved, use the smallpox control methods recorded in the Drikung Kagyu's "Precious Collection" for adhesion therapy. If the smallpox suppurates, the method of piercing it is the same as treating boils. For bone smallpox, perform classification treatment. For treating edema and wound edema, the secret therapies of the Drikung Kagyu, such as the catheter mother-child therapy and its auxiliary methods, are very effective. Generally, wound edema can be divided into two types: hot and cold. The former manifests as fever in the pulse, etc., and the swelling is very severe; the latter manifests as white swelling, and the pulse, etc., are similar to general cold diseases. In either case, it is very important to first take Abi six soup, madder, beeswax, infallible white thread, and other medicines. Take an appropriate amount of ghee. After that, for hot edema, take seven-flavor pills, Sukha Zaza, Bai Fuzi ten-flavor pills, and other medicines as appropriate. If it is difficult to cure, you can add insect shells for laxative treatment according to the method in "Water God Transformation." Alternatively, use Sukha Zaza and insect shell seven-flavor pills for back treatment.
