For the elderly and those with severe wind and cold conditions, use hot spring medicinal oil. Subsequently, for hot obstruction, use Fifteen-Ingredient Gentian, Twenty-Five-Ingredient Gentian, Dakini Ten-Mixture, and offer marmot blood as a sacrifice, which is very effective. For cold obstruction, use Nyang's Twenty-Seven-Ingredient Limestone Powder. For both, use appropriately proportioned Be Blood and Seventeen-Ingredient Nutmeg. If phlegm-blood disorder is severe, use Twenty-Five-Ingredient Amla, Thirteen-Ingredient Saffron, and apply Ambrosia Three-Mixture to the back of the neck. For stomach ailments, use umbrella-shaped sesame seeds and Twenty-Five-Ingredient Sesame Seeds mixed with medicinal ingredients and limestone powder, smeared with barley mash, called Ambrosia White Pill. These are very effective. Next, treat according to the specific situation: if it spreads downwards to the stomach fundus and pylorus, dissolve it with Twenty-Five-Ingredient or Twenty-Seven-Ingredient Limestone Powder. If it spreads upwards and causes lumps on the tongue, cauterize it with a knife or iron. Follow-up treatment: if hot obstruction is clear, cut the temporal vein; if it is not clear, cut a small amount of small veins. For cold obstruction, cauterize the neck cavity and the four junctions. Furthermore, for cases without inflammation or heat, the oral transmission method of treating with moxibustion alone is as follows: Generally, avoid the four disease accumulation sites where fire mantras etc. are abandoned, and the nine escape routes (including external escape routes) for applying moxibustion. First: measure half a thumb-width upwards from the clavicular fossa in the neck cavity, which is the lower disease accumulation site 1. Then measure half a finger-width upwards, which is the middle disease accumulation site 2. The top of the Adam's apple is the large disease accumulation site 3. Then measure half a thumb-width upwards, which is the upper disease accumulation site. If you cauterize these four locations, it will destroy the disease and attack life, so avoid it in all circumstances. Second: within one month of contracting the disease, use the previously mentioned palliative methods. Then perform cauterization in the second month, otherwise, if done too early, it will worsen the condition and be difficult to cure; if done too late, it will have already escaped and be ineffective. However, if it is slightly later, even if the previous passage has not been cut off, deal with the subsequent passage.

For the disease of contact poisoning, the initial diagnostic method is: the pulse is thin, deep inside it beats rapidly or slowly uncertainly, and sometimes stops; the urine color is green with foam; if you drop a drop of black ghee, it will turn yellow or blood-colored, or the foam will dissipate. As soon as you contract the disease, you will catch a cold, the body feels heavy, you feel uncomfortable, you have pain in the kidneys and waist, and you have difficulty urinating. For this condition, taking a decoction of the Northern tradition called "Black Infallible" will cause its own manifestations, such as measles, etc. Then, take the Twenty-Five Great Decoction or the Northern tradition called "Black Infallible" decoction alone several times. The actual medicine formula is: for example, with 1.00 of quicksilver, 0.40 of white sea salt (infallible), 0.10 of realgar, and 0.70 of borax.
