For cases where the fetus and flesh have not been expelled, mixing six Zhi-drug and eighteen Aru is effective. Grind the fifteen powerful medicines from Chong-zhi into powder, fry them in oil until they are seven-tenths cooked, and stir-fry them with salt. Alternatively, adding brick-red soil bee wax and sesame, as above, to the Ambrosia Three Combination has been proven effective. Apply pressure to the four sides of the head. ༈ For cold-bile disorders, the Ambrosia Three Combination and the Eight-Ingredient Pain Relief Combination are effective. If blood-heat symptoms are severe, then Gitek is good. ༈ For heart-wind disorders, take the Eight-Ingredient Brick-Red Soil medicine mentioned in the "Short Arrow Sutra," and an adequate amount of inner peace and happiness. ༈ For lung fever, the Nine-Ingredient Blue Garuda Pill is potent. If inflammation is severe, reduce the amount of Kaempferia galanga. The Nine-Ingredient Garuda is also good for lung fever caused by disturbances with heat symptoms. Adding Acorus calamus is a common practice. If a cough from a cold becomes severe, for those with a predominantly bile constitution, take the Seven-Ingredient Lamb Mur Pill with equal parts of white and red sandalwood; for those with a predominantly phlegm constitution, add one unit of Aquilaria agallocha Khor medicine bee wax to the Ginger and Galangal Red Medicine, and offer it with alcohol for significant effect. For persistent coughs due to phlegm, the Seven-Ingredient Raisin Pill with a spicy taste is good. Also, for persistent dry coughs, replace camphor in the Twenty-Five-Ingredient Camphor with Thawing Dew, and add spicy red Crocus sativus, which has been proven effective. ༈ For general kidney and waist diseases, take the Eighteen-Ingredient Terminalia chebula, and for seminal discharge, take Chinese medicine. If fever symptoms are severe, then the Dharma Nature Pill is effective. If kidney and waist inflammation is mild, or in most cases, the Secret Instruction or Red Powder is good. ༈ For general stomach ailments, adding a large amount of salt water to Zhongxi Jue Ri is very effective.
