明晰。 咒语的念诵数量不足， 以及六时的供养，特别是， 没有进行念诵、修持、圆满的仪轨， 没有按照教言完成，没有按照仪轨进行。 违犯了语的誓言，我坦白忏悔。 金刚上师慈悲的恩德， 通过传承传入心中。 通过赐予心之口诀，誓言融合。 越过秘密界限，说出放逸之语等等， 违犯了心的誓言，我坦白忏悔。 没有证悟诸法平等性， 违犯了支分誓言，我坦白忏悔。 被懒惰、懈怠、睡眠所控制， 违犯了念诵修持的誓言，我坦白忏悔。 由于身语意的防护未做到， 违犯了身语意的誓言，我忏悔。 在至尊上师们的面前， 供品资具微薄，我坦白忏悔。 在依怙本尊众的面前， 对于证悟的取舍，我坦白忏悔。 在空行母四部的面前， 违背了誓言承诺，我坦白忏悔。 在护法神众的面前， 拖延供养食子，我坦白忏悔。 在三世父母的面前， 没有报答恩情，我坦白忏悔。 在道友和兄弟姐妹们的面前， 誓言和爱心微薄，我坦白忏悔。 在六道众生的面前， 慈悲和利他心微薄，我坦白忏悔。 别解脱的戒律， 菩萨的学处， 持明者的咒语誓言等， 所有违犯之处，我都坦白忏悔，不隐瞒。 不隐瞒，从今以后断除并守护。 如果坦白忏悔三世所造的罪障， 请您清净，并赐予身语意等， 殊胜和共同的成就。 念诵如是及百字明。 圆满正等觉一切菩萨， 以及二圣和所有凡夫， 三世所做、正在做、将要做的一切善根， 我都随喜。 为了使暂时被烦恼所染的众生， 能够见到该界自性清净， 请您转动内外秘密无上的 殊胜法轮。 祈请佛陀，世间之日。

I confess and repent for breaking the vow of speech. By the kindness of the Vajra Master, Transmitted through the lineage into the heart. Through the blessing of the mind's instructions, the vows are merged. Having crossed the secret boundary, speaking loosely, etc., I confess and repent for breaking the vow of mind. Not realizing the equality of all dharmas, I confess and repent for breaking the branch vows. Being controlled by laziness, idleness, and sleep, I confess and repent for breaking the vows of recitation and practice. Due to the failure to protect body, speech, and mind, I confess and repent for breaking the vows of body, speech, and mind. In the presence of the venerable lamas, The offerings and resources are meager, I confess and repent. In the presence of the Yidam deity assembly, Regarding the acceptance and rejection of realization, I confess and repent. In the presence of the four classes of Dakinis, I confess and repent for breaking vows and promises. In the presence of the Dharma protectors, Delaying the offering of tormas, I confess and repent. In the presence of the parents of the three times, Not repaying their kindness, I confess and repent. In the presence of Dharma friends and siblings, The vows and affection are meager, I confess and repent. In the presence of the six realms of sentient beings, Compassion and altruism are meager, I confess and repent. The vows of individual liberation, The trainings of Bodhisattvas, The mantra vows of Vidyadharas, etc., All transgressions, I confess and repent, without concealing. I do not conceal, from now on I will cut off and guard. If I confess and repent for the sins accumulated in the three times, Please purify and grant the supreme and common siddhis of body, speech, and mind, etc. Recite thus and the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Perfect Buddhas, all Bodhisattvas, And the two noble ones and all ordinary beings, All the merits done, being done, and will be done in the three times, I rejoice in them all. For the sake of sentient beings who are temporarily afflicted by disturbing emotions, To see the purity of the nature of that realm, Please turn the extraordinary wheel of Dharma, Outer, inner, secret, and unsurpassed. Please come here! All the sons who have become friends of beings, in order to dispel the thick darkness of existence, please be a lamp as long as samsara is not empty! In order for all beings to attain the supreme perfect enlightenment with merits and worthy of praise, I dedicate all the accumulations of merit, may all beings go to the path of liberation! If you recite the seven-branch offering to accumulate merit, recite: Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊), Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍), to the vidyadharas such as Padmasambhava, I prostrate to all the refuge places in the ten directions! And so on, accumulate as much as possible. If you are willing to take vows incidentally, you can do the twenty-eight vows in detail, or briefly say: Sons of the victorious ones who hold the Ogyen lineage, Vajra Master, please pay attention! From now until enlightenment, I will keep the Pratimoksha and Bodhisattva vows, the inner vows of the vidyadharas, exactly as they are, and I will not give them up even for the sake of my life, please bless me! Recite this three times and take the vows. Third, there are three parts to the earnest prayer: general, specific, and special. The first part is: In the Vajra words of Orgyen Rinpoche himself: In general, the lama who shows the way to oneself is the embodiment of all the activities of all the Buddhas; in particular, the lama who gives the secret mantra instructions is superior to the Buddhas of the three times. If there is no respect for him, even if it is only verbal, then the root of the Dharma will rot. In particular, the lama of all practitioners in Tibet is only me, Padmasambhava, because I myself abide inseparably from the mind of all Dharmakaya Buddhas, manifesting and gathering all Sambhogakaya Buddhas, and all Nirmanakaya Buddhas are one taste with wisdom, manifesting in a different way, in order to subdue Jambudvipa in general and the red-faced Tibetan kingdom in particular, I incarnated specifically. Therefore, the Dharma kings, translators, and supreme beings who are now living, and the great Dharma holders who will appear in this land of Tibet as long as the Buddha's teachings remain, are all from the great wisdom of my, Padmasambhava's, mind, manifesting as a network of illusions to tame whoever needs to be tamed. Therefore, have faith in me as the nature of all refuge places, as the gathering of all root and lineage lamas.
