嗡，一切寂静，作，梭哈！如此念诵七遍沐浴之明咒。寂怒尊之圆满是：嗡，意之识清净处，普贤王如来之誓言圆满。法之自性清净处，普贤王如来母之誓言圆满。五蕴清净处，五部佛父之誓言圆满。五大清净处，五部佛母之誓言圆满。 八识聚清净处，八大菩萨之誓言圆满。八识境清净处，八大明妃之誓言圆满。身之四法清净处，四大怒尊之誓言圆满。常断四边清净处，四大怒母之誓言圆满。六烦恼清净处，六能仁之誓言圆满。吽！阿赖耶识法性处转变，大吉祥父母之誓言圆满。烦恼五毒处转变，饮血五部佛父之誓言圆满。五大身处转变，饮血五部佛母之誓言圆满。四相之分别念处转变，四黑鲁嘎之誓言圆满。四生处转变，四部忿怒尊之誓言圆满。转变八聚处转变，八怒母之誓言圆满。转变八境处转变，八小明妃之誓言圆满。常断四边处转变，四门母之誓言圆满。种种分别念处转变，二十八自在母誓言圆满。不坏身之誓言圆满。无碍语之誓言圆满。不变意之誓言圆满。 功德无尽誓言圆满。事业庄严誓言圆满。智慧轮之誓言圆满。一切违犯皆得圆满。一切分别障蔽皆得清净。圆满已，祈赐灌顶与成就。如是圆满。 第二是，若有兴致和能力，则如寂怒尊自解脱中所述，忏悔六种，或仅作不可言说之忏悔，即智慧身之供养。无论如何，务必做到这一点。以强烈的忏悔之心：吽！上师普贤无边法身，唯一通透无生圆满报身，自解脱无碍

Oṃ, all peaceful, kuru svāhā! Recite the knowledge of the seven baths seven times. The fulfillment of the peaceful and wrathful transformation is: Oṃ, the pure place of the mind's consciousness, may the samaya of Samantabhadra be fulfilled. The pure place of the essence of dharma, may the samaya of Samantabhadri be fulfilled. The pure place of the five aggregates, may the samaya of the five victorious fathers be fulfilled. The pure place of the five elements, may the samaya of the five victorious mothers be fulfilled. The pure place of the eight consciousness aggregates, may the samaya of the eight bodhisattvas be fulfilled. The pure place of the eight consciousness objects, may the samaya of the eight consorts be fulfilled. The pure place of the four qualities of the body, may the samaya of the four wrathful ones be fulfilled. The pure place of the four extremes of permanence and annihilation, may the samaya of the four wrathful mothers be fulfilled. The pure place of the six afflictions, may the samaya of the six teachers be fulfilled. Hūṃ! The ground of all, the mind-dharma place transformed, may the samaya of the great glorious father and mother be fulfilled. The five poisons of affliction transformed, may the samaya of the five blood-drinking fathers be fulfilled. The five elemental bodies transformed, may the samaya of the five blood-drinking mothers be fulfilled. The four aspects of conceptualization transformed, may the samaya of the four Herukas be fulfilled. The four birth places transformed, may the samaya of the four Krodhi families be fulfilled. The eight transformation aggregates transformed, may the samaya of the eight wrathful mothers be fulfilled. The eight transformation objects transformed, may the samaya of the eight minor consorts be fulfilled. The four extremes of permanence and annihilation transformed, may the samaya of the four gatekeepers be fulfilled. The various conceptualizations transformed, may the samaya of the twenty-eight power goddesses be fulfilled. May the samaya of the indestructible body be fulfilled. May the samaya of the unimpeded speech be fulfilled. May the samaya of the unchanging mind be fulfilled. May the samaya of inexhaustible qualities be fulfilled. May the samaya of the adornment of activity be fulfilled. May the samaya of the wheel of wisdom be fulfilled. May all impairments be fulfilled. May all conceptual obscurations be purified. Having fulfilled, grant empowerment and accomplishment. Thus, it is fulfilled. Secondly, if there is interest and ability, then confess all six confessions as in the self-liberation of the peaceful and wrathful ones, or just make the inexpressible confession, which is just the offering of the wisdom body. In any case, be sure to do this. With a strong mind of confession and resolution: Hūṃ! Guru Samantabhadra, the boundless dharmakaya, the sole transparent, unborn, perfect sambhogakaya, self-liberated, unimpeded
