After adding naga medicine to the tea and blessing it as nectar with ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, dedicate it by reciting: ཨོཾ་ཧི་ལི་ཧི་ལི་མ་ཧཱ་ཧི་ལི་ཕྲུཾ་ཕུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨོཾ་བྷཀྵ་ཡ་བྷཀྵ་ཡ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཏིཥྛ་ཕྲུཾ་ཕུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan). Draw the tormas under your feet and recite: ཧཱུྃ། Those arrogant with the power of delusion are the assembly of nagas, local deities, and earth lords. Subdue them with power and entrust you as slaves, servants, attendants, and subjects. Chief of the mandala, guru, with compassion, please consider me and bless the channels and elements, please bestow the secret empowerment. As a sign of not having seen the conventional bodhicitta mandala before, recite ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ and request to bind the blindfolds. Thus, convey the instructions. Then, visualize the guru as glorious Hayagriva, with a vajra marked with ཧཱུྃ་ in his secret place, an ཨོཾ་ at the opening of the jewel's womb with ཕཊ་ at the top, and the consort Padma Gara Wangdu.

One gains the power to meditate on the path winds and tummo. It is the arrangement of the auspicious connection for accomplishing the fruition of the enjoyment body. Then, for the sake of the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge, offer the mandala. Recite this prayer after me. Ho! From the wisdom that arises, by the great bliss of descending and ascending, the method of blending wind and mind, please grant the third empowerment. As a sign that you have not seen the mandala of the handprint bhaga before, request that the blindfolds be tied with Om Ah Hum. Then, from the heart of the master, a vidya with form and youth, the essence of Padma Gardwangma, arises, and generate the devotion to encourage you all to rely on liberation. Ema! This vidya endowed with signs, if relied upon, the uncontaminated bliss greatly increases, the knots of the wheels are completely released, and in this life, union is achieved.
