Oṃ padma kroda hyagriva kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ. Secret Lord Vajrapani, the blessings of the body... bestowed upon this fortunate one... may the vajra body be accomplished... Oṃ vajrapāṇi kā... The emanation of the Garuda king, the blessings of the body... bestowed upon this fortunate one... may the vajra body be accomplished... Oṃ garuṭa kāya. Thus, place the caklis on the crown of the head. The empowerment of speech is: Hūṃ. May the empowerment of the sound, the essence of the sixty qualities of all the Sugatas, appearing as letters, accomplish the vajra of speech. At the end of the root mantra, add vakka abhiṣiñca āḥ. Thus, place the written dharani mantra on the throat. For the sake of the subsequent recitation transmission, visualize that in the heart of the teacher, the syllable Hrīḥ is surrounded by a garland of mantras, from which a second garland of mantras arises, entering your mouths. In your heart, the syllable Hrīḥ is surrounded by wind elements moving clockwise, and with the belief that all of them are purified into the wheel of sound-emptiness mantras, recite this mantra three times. After reciting the root mantra three times, place the mala on the head and pray to the Bhagavan to grant accomplishments, pray to the Bhagavan to guide, request the granting of mantra accomplishments, and request the strengthening of vows. May the blessings of the secret mantras of the Bhagavan's four protector deities completely enter and stabilize the lineage of these vajra disciples. The empowerment of mind is: Hrīḥ. By the empowerment of the vase filled with nectar and the bhāṇḍa lotus, may the obscurations of the mind of the fortunate one be purified, and may the vajra of mind be accomplished.
